The food tasted average, but they did not provide the appropriate condiments.
We ordered both of the k-feasts (platter of chicken, cheese and fries and a big bowl of noodles) costing total of 70 plus.
Customer service was very unsatisfactory.
We asked about the food as it was our first time and they didn’t describe their dishes and looked very uninterested.
After we had taken our seats and received our platter, a man came to serve us the big bowl, seeing that our table was full of drinks and the platter, he did not offer to help and instead told us to make room. We had to ask him to bring the table next to us and join it with ours.
Place was empty and now we know why.

Had late dinner with my husband. The staff was helpful with our order as it was our first visit. We were there around 8:30. There was another couple eating their dinner. When the chicken was served, they were not hot at all and the meat was slightly on the dry side. We ordered curly fries while at least it’s hot. We didn’t want to feedback to them coz we might not want to return again. After all, there are a lot of other food we can try in BPP.

A great place for Kimchi, Chicken, Noodles with cheese, curly fries. It's simply amazing.
Aunties were fast, efficient, and super nice.
Do get the pull chicken. Crispy chicken is tantalizing.
Seats are limited. But it's not crowded.
Located at Level 1. Bukit Panjang Plaza.

Please advice and train your staff Devi to not put words into me & my wife's mouth. We CLEARLY ordered 6 pcs wings & did not even mentioned TENDERS AT ALL. When she mistakingly took our orders wrong and has the audacity to raise her voice and told us that WE ordered tenders instead. This has got to stop as there are no winners when you cant even admit your own mistake and the best thing to do is to raise your voice at your customers ? Atrocious .

Never try the budae jjigae if ur a meat lover. Not worth it at all. Contains only few cheap spam and sausages. And didn't provide any side dishes.Their fried chicken meals are good, but the budae jjigae is completely a scam. It must be the worst meal I had in this year.

set B with upsize drink. sauces got different flavour to choose from. mine coated with spicy sauce. but not spicy enough for me. every time not much people. can relax. every few months got new menu. drink no refill. got disposable plastic glove for eating chicken meat.

The food is really good. My nephew said it was his first time eating chicken, leaving the bones without any trace of meat 😅
The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well.

Look at this filth, cold and disgusting, my puke tastes better then this swill, the moment i bought it flies already start surrounding it, do yourselves a favor, your better off spending your money elsewhere, all this for 30 dollars wth

Service was pretty slow, waited almost 30 minutes for our food. But thankfully the food served was hot. The glass noodle was good, my family like it too! And we ordered 20 pieces tender they gave more than 20 pieces as well.
