The operating hours stated till 8.30pm but when I was here at 8.10pm, the shop was already closed.

Bad customer service. The auntie who works there is very rude every time i visit. Washed my prized jacket and when it came back, the string on my jacket hoodie is missing. I only noticed a few days later. and when i returned to check with her, she said jacket where got string? And i explained it to her and she said she don’t know rudely and went ahead to do her our stuff. Do not wash with them and be careful of your clothing.

I thought they closed at 7.30pm, went over to collect before 7.30pm, already closed. A joke!!!

Staff was very rude to my mum. Was told that the staff shouted at her because my mum had a hard time communicating with her. Honestly, I don’t know what rights do the staff have shouting at my mum but I do know this will be the last time we will patron the place.

Never going back to them again. All my business jackets I dry cleaned with them comes back stinking as if it was not dry cleaned and even after I complained and sent back, it still returns smelling. I tried other dry cleaners before but never had this situation.

Worst dry cleaning ever. Please avoid this place at all costs. It wasn't cheap. I sent my winter wear for dry cleaning only to receive them stinking. It is better to send elsewhere for better quality dry cleaning service.

Extremely bad service. I'm not sure if they know what they are doing. They ruined my bespoke cheongsam. My silk dress has multiple snags and scratches, and the buttons all came undone. I will not recommend their service unless you want your clothes to be damaged.
