Worst drycleaning ever. Please avoid this place at all cost… Not cheap sent my winter wear for drycleaning only to receive them stink… Better to send elsewhere for better quality drycleaning service

We dropped off our coats for dry cleaning in late Mar and were informed that they would be ready for collection on April 5th, and was provided an invoice. While we initially missed the 6pm collection time on that date (we came earlier), we returned on April 8th (today) expecting our coats to be ready.
To our dismay, the lady on duty conducted a superficial search and incorrectly stated that our clothes had not arrived, even though our invoice clearly indicated a collection date of April 5th. Her dismissive attitude throughout this interaction was also highly unprofessional. It was only after we insisted on a more comprehensive search that our coats were finally located.
This level of incompetence and the lack of any apology for the error and poor service are completely unacceptable. It seems like our experience mirrors the negative feedback frequently mentioned in online reviews here. If we had consulted these reviews beforehand, we would have certainly avoided your services.

Terrible experience. Was all nice at first until my husband told me he needed his jacket urgently for a last minute overseas trip. It was literally about 20 mins later after i left the hacket with them. I called and the Lady was so rude. Said I am wasting her time and tell me don't call again. To my pleasant surprise she called back and i said i will pay for the express service. Went back to pay again and she turn out nice again.
Went to collect 2 days later only to find they were close at 730pm! Have you thought about working individuals that need to travel from their work place all the way to the mall? 730pm is too early!
So next day i left work earlier about 5plus pm, they are out for dinner till 6pm. If your closing hours at 730pm, instead of normal retail hours with the shopping mall, why still need dinner break?
Wish i had do a search b4 going down. I definitely would have avoided after seeing those negative reviews.

Extremely bad service. Not sure if they know what they are doing? They ruined my bespoke cheongsam. My silk dress has multiple snags and scratches and the buttons all came undone. Will not recommend their service unless you want your clothes to be damaged.

Sent 2 sets of curtains for dry cleaning. Customer service did not share that the cleaning will take 3 full weeks at point of payment. After realising it (partially my fault) after a week, I enquired if I could pay more to expedite the cleaning. The lady at the branch explained that it is impossible because the curtains are in a pile at the factory, will be hard to find. Not sure what’s the logic jump here since they’ll have to clean and return my curtains in the end right (?). Will not be using their services again due to the long timeline and inflexibility.

I really wanted to hold off my review because i didn't want to judge too early but upon receiving my items i can say with absolute certainty i will never come back again.
I had two items to dryclean, and i figured a place nearby would be good. Very rarely would you get an establishment with bombarded bad reviews like this, i guess it was my bad to deal with them without checking reviews online.
It started off fine, i walked over to ask if i could get my items dry cleaned. The old lady started off nicely asking me what i needed to get cleaned. Before i could finish listing off my first item, she started telling me i was wasting her time and rudely told me to pass whatever it was i needed to get cleaned. Ok, maybe she was having a bad day, i'll give her that. Upon making payment, i was told i just needed the invoice number coming back amd even if someone else was picking it up for me they just need to quote the invoice number, i doublechecked just to be sure, and she reiterated again. Cool. After making payment she was immediately nice again, thanking me for the business.
Fast forward a week later, i come by and quoted the invoice number to her and she starts off immediately saying what items i have. I told her my TWO items and she gets overwhelmed saying she doesnt know what im talking about and needs the invoice. I told her i dont have the invoice with me and she becomes rude almost immediately as if i held up a queue behind me( which of course,there is never a queue considering how terrible the service is here). I'll give it them them, maybe their administration is horrible, so maybe do something about it? Instead of placing the blame on the customer again after i double checked that all i needed to tell them was the invoice number. The dry cleaned turned out alright, but the old lady's customer service is really off putting. There is no incentive to even choose them. Idek if my clothes were properly cleaned because i have never dry cleaned my clothes before. Like the first interaction, after receiving my items, the old lady thanked me so nicely for the business, by then i just did not want any more interaction with her so i just walked away without thanking her.
My conclusion, if u want stuff cleaned, with a 50/50 chance they turned out alright (looking at the other reviews here), and you don't give a damn about customer service, you can still choose them, at your own risk:)

I do not intend to break her rice bowl but pls teach her some customer service and manners as well, becos I had such a good day until this had to happen. She said it was her dinner hour and told us to avoid it. Pls state it on the website if this is the case so that we can avoid her meal hours if so.
