So expensive these days. One item, like a carrot cake or sesame ball, costs $1.70 each. And it's such a small piece. I won't buy from OCK again. It's not worth it.

Staff are friendly and food is great as usual, though a little more expensive. Fewer selections nearer to the late evening, but the 2 ladies on duty this evening were pleasant and understanding. Unfortunately, didn't get their name.

Bad service. The Chinese female staff (around 29 years old, wearing heavy makeup, working at 11:24 AM) was unfriendly and impatient. She was only friendly to customers of her same race. Her tone with Chinese customers immediately changed after serving me. Does this company teach its staff to be racist? I won't come to this outlet again!
