The food is extremely cold.

Dishonest. Beware: the counter lady swaps foreign currency coins as change.

So expensive these days. One item, like a carrot cake or sesame ball, costs $1.70 each. And it's such a small piece. I won't buy from OCK again. It's not worth it.

Bad service. The Chinese female staff (around 29 years old, wearing heavy makeup, working at 11:24 AM) was unfriendly and impatient. She was only friendly to customers of her same race. Her tone with Chinese customers immediately changed after serving me. Does this company teach its staff to be racist? I won't come to this outlet again!

Here's the edited review: We were cheated. Son bought 2 sausages, 1 gyoza, 1 curry puff, and a chicken wing. We only received two items. We went back to the shop, and the aunty scolded my son. This was terrible.

Curry puff is small and not hot at all! Quality has declined with increased pricing over the years. I wouldn't buy it at all if there's no promo. I would give 0 stars if permissible.

Bought 20 curry puffs and asked for them to be cut in half for sharing, but the server refused and said they only cut chicken wings. Lousy service; we had to cut them in half using our own scissors.

The curry puff, sausages, and chicken wings I bought were cold. Why were they cold? They were probably only about 20% warm when I held them in my hand. I couldn't tell if the warmth was from my hand or the food itself. I came at around 12 PM. What has happened to the old standard? The standard kept dropping while prices were increasing.

Staff are friendly and food is great as usual, though a little more expensive. Fewer selections nearer to the late evening, but the 2 ladies on duty this evening were pleasant and understanding. Unfortunately, didn't get their name.

My all-time favorite shop is Old Chang Kee. I regularly buy Grab Nuggets, Prawn Nuggets, cheesy fish fingers, and curry puffs. The taste is excellent. My kids really like them. The value for money and hygiene are very good.
