Hairil’s exceptional customer service is beyond his work. I had a awesome experience through him, from lens to eye checking consultation. He took time to explain the types of lens and it’s value and benefits. You are lucky to have him in the team! Instant rectification when I noticed my frame was loose, he personally change it for me within minutes.

Staff was friendly & helpful. My son’s first time to fit glasses. Service was prompt & efficient. But Ondays bench is worn and torn. Consider changing it to fit your image as a current & slick optical chain?

I felt the staff was unwilling to replace my lens simply because it is still under warranty. He kept providing explanations that I found unconvincing and even claimed the previous staff was wrong in suggesting I get new eyeglasses last time instead of just sitting farther away from the computer. To my surprise, he asked if I could wait until September—when the warranty expires. As a loyal Owndays customer for over five years, I’ve consistently purchased new eyeglasses annually. However, this is the first time I’ve experienced an unusual situation, where my new prescription was finalized in just one attempt.

I purchased these glasses for over $300, including an additional warranty. Unfortunately, the frame broke within two years. When I returned for a replacement, I was shocked to learn that the warranty didn’t cover the frame, and the replacement cost was $200+.This feels like deceptive business practices—buyer beware.

Great service from the staff at Owndays BPP. Easy and convenient especially as a parent that doesn't wear specs, i need alot of patience and help for my child. The Junni range is always updating as well which is great for the little one!

Amos Chan was extremely unprofessional. He sounded rude and spoke like a gangster. I am surprised that he is a professional. He was too fast im checking my eyes. It seemed like he was unhappy to serve me.

Really great service, staff are helpful! They are having 50% for 2nd pair, definitely worth it. I collect my spec within the day as well while the other one with transition lens will need to wait for about a week time
