I had asked the sandwich artist "how many pieces of meat are on it?". The cashier spoke up and said "extra cheese is 80 cents". I said, "I didn't ask that." The cashier said, "yes". Same incoherent response as the first time!!! This is Singapore and English is used in business, why not educate your employees? I still don't think that I was given the right amount of meat on the BMT. I'm supposed to be GIVEN 3 SLICES OF SALAMI, but I was only given 2 and they could not understand basic English to even correct my order. THAT IS NOT RIGHT!! -1 rating (I really hope they correct this). For an expensive sandwich, they should have gotten it right on multiple levels!

We were served by a very rude staff name Siti at Bukit panjang plaza outlet at around 12.10pm. She was basically throwing the vegetables around and the sauces as well till it fell into the ingredients tub which is very unhygienic. She was very very rude in her response and her expression showed that she was very irritated with my requests of sauces and vegetables. A Safe distancing ambassador apparently warned the staff to observe safe distancing but they did not do so even after being warned. Siti even scolded a boy who looked like he was about 10 years of age and who clearly did not know how to go about the order process, instead of educating him , she was very harsh. Subway is my favourite fast food and we understand that the staff were irritated with the safety distancing officer but I feel that we as customers deserve better treatment as we are paying and it is not our fault. Will think twice before going down to the outlet again. So disappointing.

Good food as usual, but staff will keep staring at you asking you to go off when they are doing closing but the time is just 9pm. They just wanted customer faster go off so they can do cleaning earlier and knock off on time. But customers just bought their food sit down enjoy their meal less then 15mins they are giving death stare 😂 …

The subway I visited at Bukit panjang plaza was really busy with delivery orders that they had to keep delaying the in store customers.
There were three staff members but only two were at the counters and third wasn't really helping inspite being aware of the queue of in-store customers.
The staff member handling the delivery orders was particularly curt and stern when telling customers " I asked you to please wait sir"
People visit subway for a fast meal not to wait and look at you prepare delivery orders.

Saw alot of bad reviews from Bukit Panjang outlet. Closure timing suppose to be 10pm, I reached at 9.51pm and it's closed!! All the counters were empty and wiped clean. At Rail Mall it's opened even at 9.55pm, it follows the stipulated timing closed at 10pm! So I suggest Bukit Panjang outlet to change their timing and not mislead people and waste people's time!!!!

Came to Bukit Panjang Plaza for breakfast, walked around to see what to eat, and in the end chose Subway. I ordered a 6-inch Teriyaki Chicken on Italian bread with mushroom soup and coffee. The mushroom soup tasted normal; not many mushrooms, so I guess they used a powder type to prepare it. The Teriyaki Chicken was great with all the vegetables and sauces, which I added, including sweet onion, honey mustard, and pepper. Service by the excellent crew was fast and polite – well done! I will visit again.
