The food quality is bad.

Bad customer service. Workers act like they have all the time in the world.
Dejay
The maki was so tiny, even smaller than regular sushi. It cost $4.99. Well done!

The customer service was very bad. The lady was quite rude and unfriendly. The quality of the sushi was bad too; NTUC sushi even tastes much better. Patronise them only if you are prepared to have your mood spoiled.

Where do I start? Okay, so I went at 2:30 PM to get the Soba Deluxe Set that I had bought a voucher for using ShopBack. I had to wait until 3:30 PM for the staff to figure out the PIN to claim the voucher I had bought. In the end, the PIN didn't work for the voucher I had bought, so I bought another set instead (which was not my first choice). However, the PIN did work for this set (Sushi Deluxe Set). The staff did not call their management instantly, wasting my time. To summarize: - Bought voucher at 2:30 PM - Had to wait 1+ hour for PIN to work - Didn't work - Bought another voucher - PIN worked for this other voucher - Which was my first choice - And staff lied to me, saying many people had purchased without issues, despite the app clearly showing that only 2 vouchers were sold. - Terrible customer service, but food was great, though.

Probably the worst sushi I've ever had. The rice was clumpy, the ingredients were tasteless. The crab stick was purplish, the wasabi a powdery paste, and the soy sauce very salty. Even the sushi from NTUC counter or Sushi Express tasted much better. Don't waste your calories.

Childhood memories. When there were fewer sushi chains, you went here as it was affordable. But now, the quality has dropped.

Probably the worst sushi I've tasted. The salmon was okay, but not great-tasting. The sushi rice was so dry that it felt like one chunk, which was very underwhelming. Sushi-go tasted better and was more wallet-friendly. I would really suggest improving your food quality. It really needs work.
