The absolute worst cashier went out of her way to say thank you to foreigners but threw items on the counter after scanning, even when locals said thank you. This establishment should not be allowed to create racial strain.

Super cheap items. Totally recommend buying your groceries here. But limited items only.

It's reasonable to buy some items due to their value and price.

Had a very bad experience with one of the Indian national workers. He was rude and unwelcoming. Did not respect customers.

More expensive than some other outlets👎. Sembawang Shopping Centre is still the best, or Taman Jurong Shopping Centre is also good.👍

Not much cheaper for Rittersport chocolate at $2.95 when the same is selling for $2.50 next door.

This outlet at BPP used to be fairly reasonable in price, but lately, they have been taking customers to the cleaners with prices that are way above those of other Value$ outlets (take Value$ Jurong Point, for example), and also Japan Home and Venus. I suggest you compare prices before purchasing. I was shocked to see that Shokubutsu refill 500 mL was retailing at Value$ BPP at $3.60 or so, when you can get the same product at Venus for $2.60. And the Venus product is made in Japan, while the other is not. So, the bottom line is: don't assume that Value$ offers the best price. Compare before purchasing. You will get more value for your money.
Amazing Kallang

I would like to share some feedback regarding a recent visit to your store. I purchased feminine hygiene products and paid via NETS QR, since I didn't have my wallet with me. After completing the transaction, I requested a plastic bag, only to be informed by the cashier of an additional 5-cent charge. Unfortunately, this was not communicated before I made the payment, and given that I clearly wasn't carrying a bag, I feel this could have been anticipated. When I mentioned the need for a bag, I was told I had to purchase more items to meet the minimum $5 requirement to pay for the bag. The cashier did not offer an apology, which I found disappointing. I had no choice but to purchase additional items just to reach the minimum amount. I hope this feedback will help improve communication and customer service at the checkout counter in the future. A simple heads-up about the bag charge would have made a big difference.
