Bought WokHey from Bukit Panjang Plaza through GrabFood! The food is nice but it’s abit expensive but I don’t mind as it’s good. Love to see the chefs prepare it if you’re at the store. Will definitely buy again!

Missing Tobiko topping. This is not the first time with missing toppings from this outlet. Staff did not check. Don't expect customers to open up at the counter to check. Hello we paid for the toppings ok. We only realised halfway when eating. During collection part staff did not verify my Q number. I showed her the receipt she simply pointed to me to take. It was not a busy period with less than 10min wait. I experienced someone just took my order and run away without staff monitoring about a couple years back. Beware if u order from this kiosk. Stay near the area for collection.

Like their eggs fried rice not too oily as can be requested. Their Ramen noodles is also my favourite. Today tried their Rendang fried rice.

Ordered many times from this outlet. But first time reviewing cos really cannot tahan anymore. Always pay for extra vegetable but only realised missing ingredient when we were about to eat! Happened to me three times! Can the Wok Hey staff please be more careful while scooping in the ingredients?

Tried the egg fried rice with seasoned prawns. Surprisingly it was good, and tasty. The eggs and rice blend together nicely, and the short grain gives it a nice texture. The prawns are fresh and the overall experience was good. Will be back to try other options!

Since that bug incident in the food here in 2023, I never went back and looked down on this place, but now I have returned and reconfirmed that the noodles are one of the best here.

Even tho the food is good. I just had a really bad experience in this outlet at bukit panjang today 13/11/24 @ 12.45pm by an auntie (1 of the staff). She even talk bad about us in mandarin right infront of us towards the cook (probably thinking that we dont understand) when we were simply asking if our order is ready since the current number on their screen stated was 3 number ahead of ours when we came back. She told me off to wait and ask me to see the notice for their waiting time is currently 10~20mins. I told her my order was at 12.19pm earlier when their waiting time was stated 10mins waiting time only. My husband even asked if our order was taken by other customer. Cause she had only 2 of our order while another 1 was missing. She insist for us to wait as our order just getting cook without even checking the remaining orders that were waiting to be cook if our missing 1 was there. She then walk away while mumbling in mandarin that we dont understand her (to wait). Good thing 1 of the staff (Hadi) rectify the issue straight away, look for our order at the counters if its still waiting to be cook. But it was not there. He quickly check their pos for our missing order and told us that he'll cook our missing order straight away. Thankfully Hadi was quick or else I might have wait for another hour for an order that will never come out since the auntie ignore us, talk bad about us and didnt even check our order. She's messy and unorganized, gave bad service and rude, not able to problem solve a simple mistake, doesnt apologise, walk away when there's problem and ignore it.
