Bought WokHey from Bukit Panjang Plaza through GrabFood! The food is nice, but it's a bit expensive. I don't mind, though, as it's good. Love to see the chefs prepare it if you're at the store. Will definitely buy again!

Even though the food is good, I just had a really bad experience at this outlet in Bukit Panjang today, 13/11/24, at 12:45 PM, with an 'auntie' (one of the staff). She even talked badly about us in Mandarin, right in front of us, to the cook (probably thinking that we don't understand). This happened when we simply asked if our order was ready, as the current number on their screen was three numbers ahead of ours when we came back. She told me off and asked me to see the notice, stating their waiting time was currently 10-20 minutes. I told her my order was placed at 12:19 PM earlier, when their waiting time was stated as only 10 minutes. My husband even asked if our order had been taken by another customer, because she only had two of our orders while one was missing. She insisted we wait, saying our order was just getting cooked, without even checking the remaining orders that were waiting to be cooked to see if our missing one was there. She then walked away while mumbling in Mandarin that we didn't understand (her instruction to wait). Good thing one of the staff, Hadi, rectified the issue straight away. He looked for our order at the counters to see if it was still waiting to be cooked. But it was not there. He quickly checked their POS for our missing order and told us that he would cook our missing order straight away. Thankfully, Hadi was quick, or else I might have waited for another hour for an order that would never come out, since the auntie ignored us, talked badly about us, and didn't even check our order. She is messy and unorganized, gives bad service and is rude, is unable to problem-solve a simple mistake, doesn't apologize, and walks away when there's a problem and ignores it.

Since the bug incident here in 2023, I stopped going and viewed this place negatively, but now I have returned and reconfirmed that the noodles are one of the best here.

Hey! It's my first time trying Wok Hey. I found the rice a bit soggy. Yes, it's tasty, but could it be because of the MSG that they add?

Tried the egg fried rice with seasoned prawns. Surprisingly, it was good and tasty. The eggs and rice blend together nicely, and the short grain gives it a nice texture. The prawns are fresh, and the overall experience was good. Will be back to try other options!

Ordered many times from this outlet. But this is my first time reviewing because I really can't take it anymore. I always pay for extra vegetable, but only realized a missing ingredient when we were about to eat! Happened to me three times! Can the Wok Hey staff please be more careful while scooping in the ingredients?

Missing Tobiko topping. This is not the first time toppings have been missing from this outlet. Staff did not check. Don't expect customers to open their food at the counter to check. We paid for the toppings. We only realized this halfway through eating. During collection, staff did not verify my queue number. I showed her the receipt, and she simply pointed to my order for me to take. It was not a busy period, with less than a 10-minute wait. A couple of years back, someone took my order and ran away, with no staff monitoring. Beware if you order from this kiosk. Stay near the area for collection.
