Very non friendly staff. Asked for free birthday drink told me to download app. I was a member before but that time no app. After I downloaded she then tell me free drink only given if I buy another drink! I told her it was not stated in the terms and conditions. It was given free on my birthday! When I told her that she just ignored me. Will never ever support Boost!

worst juice that i ever had ordered immunity juice and it has a very weird taste (musty rag) and bland , is just diluted watermelon water, can’t taste orange at all! instantly walked back to the store and requested to change and the 2 ladies were unhappy about it and showed me attitude will not buy from boost anymore, no quality

paper straw disintegrates halfway through the drink. If you can't provide customers with a viable option just stick to plastic straws. No need to pretend its for the environment when in reality its just to save cost

Google should have provided an option with NIL star, this store doesn't deserve any at all. The lady who served me and my boy on 18 Aug 11am treated us like we owe her. We are paying customers. If staff deserves respect, customers also deserve it and don't forget we are paying for the drinks. We are not asking for a free one.

Pregnant women and children beware! I ordered three drinks from here. Two mango based and one berry based. The photo shows what I got. Firstly, one mango based drink is missing. Secondly, none of the berry based drinks are the one I ordered. What's the problem here, right? The problem is that not all boosters are suitable for pregnant women and children under 15. This is clearly stated on their website. With multiple mix ups in one order, I have lost all confidence that I'm getting the right drinks. What boost juice is doing in terms of their lack of quality control is completely reckless and hazardous to certain consumer groups. I will not be coming back to boost juice anytime soon.

went during a fairly peak hr but the staff there was efficient and fast specially the girl wearing the red flower clip. gd and fast service 😊👍🏻

i ordered 3 drinks and only gave us 2 drinks through foodpanda. super unreasonable. never buying from this place again because of their carelessness.

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered mango lychee crush on 11th March 2025 at about 915 pm. Ordered medium size but the lasdy billed me for an Original and I had to top up. What’s worse, the taste of the drink was wildly different from other outlets. Mango lychee crush was entirely white in colour and missing the mango component. It was extremely dilute and didn’t feel like a crush at all. Terribly disappointed and will never be back again. Management seriously has to look into this

I bought your freakin watermelon juice and I drank halfway to find it was dark coloured foul smell! I have HFMD, I needed that to soothe my ulcers so i bought that online. If you do not have the heart to serve your food sincerely, you dont deserve to be there or be serving customers.
