I bought your freakin watermelon juice and I drank halfway to find it was dark-colored and had a foul smell! I have HFMD. I needed that to soothe my ulcers, so I bought that online. If you do not have the heart to serve your food sincerely, you don't deserve to be there or serving customers.

Worst juice I ever had.
I ordered immunity juice, and it had a very weird taste (like a musty rag) and was bland. It was just diluted watermelon water; I couldn't taste orange at all!
I instantly walked back to the store and requested to change it, but the two ladies were unhappy about it and showed me attitude.
I will not buy from Boost anymore. No quality.

I asked for a free birthday drink and was told to download the app. I was a member before, but at that time, there was no app. After I downloaded it, she then told me the free drink was only given if I bought another drink! I told her it was not stated in the terms and conditions. It had been given free on my birthday before! When I told her that, she just ignored me. I will never, ever support Boost!"

The paper straw disintegrates halfway through the drink. If you can't provide customers with a viable option, just stick to plastic straws. No need to pretend it's for the environment when in reality it's just to save cost.

Pregnant women and children beware!
I ordered three drinks from here: two mango-based and one berry-based. The photo shows what I got. Firstly, one mango-based drink is missing. Secondly, the berry-based drink was not the one I ordered.
What's the problem here? The problem is that not all boosters are suitable for pregnant women and children under 15. This is clearly stated on their website. With multiple mix-ups in one order, I've lost all confidence that I received the correct drinks.
Boost Juice's lack of quality control is completely reckless and hazardous to certain consumer groups. I will not be coming back to Boost Juice anytime soon.

Google should have provided a zero-star option; this store doesn't deserve any. The lady who served me and my boy on August 18th at 11 AM treated us like we owed her. We are paying customers. If staff deserves respect, customers also deserve it, and don't forget that we are paying for the drinks. We are not asking for a free one.

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. I ordered mango lychee crush on 11th March 2025 at about 9:15 PM. I ordered a medium size, but the lady billed me for an Original, and I had to top up. What’s worse, the taste of the drink was wildly different from other outlets. The mango lychee crush was entirely white in colour and missing the mango component. It was extremely dilute and didn’t feel like a crush at all. Terribly disappointed and will never be back again. Management seriously has to look into this.

I went during a fairly peak hour, but the staff was efficient and fast, especially the girl wearing the red flower clip. Good and fast service! 😊👍🏻
