Had a bad breakout and walked in to seek facial to help clear. Therapist Lixin is very gentle and non pushy. Never once did I feel pressured to sign up any package. She is also very skilful in cleaning my face...till I fell asleep!

My face is full of backheads and oil clogged. Jessie was detailed in extractions and it's not painful at all... Just that I felt the shoulder massage is a bit short. I think a lot of time was spent removing those blackheads and clogs. Overall experience was acceptable and now my face is clean. :)

I have a very pleasant experience doing 2 in 1 facial at Bukit Panjang Plaza Coslab today . My therapist Carol is very detailed and knowledgeable.
I fell asleep the entire 90 mins and the massage is very comfortable and nice .

I would definitely recommend therapist Lixin to do facial. She is attentive and skilful. She will make sure that the extraction process is as painless as possible for me.
