Joyce has provided amazing service and care for my skin. She's thorough, professional, and always cheerful. I've been impressed with Joyce's expertise and friendly demeanor during my visits since 2019. She takes great care of my skin. I highly recommend her for her expertise and caring approach.

I have been going to Jessie liu for my facial. I’m always impressed with her professionalism and care. She’s very easy to talk to and always makes me feel comfortable. During extractions, she’s incredibly detailed and gentle — she constantly checks to make sure I’m not in any pain, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone who’s both skilled and thoughtful!

I have a very pleasant experience doing 2 in 1 facial at Bukit Panjang Plaza Coslab today . My therapist Carol is very detailed and knowledgeable. I fell asleep the entire 90 mins and the massage is very comfortable and nice . I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back here to do my facial .

Had a first trial full body javanese massage today. The body is relax and loosen also. The staff is Lynn. I would like to share that this is my second visit, because in past few days, i had my first trial facial at here also, and the staff is Lixin. and there is no hard sell in this outlet which will make me feel comfortable to come again.

It’s my first experience at CosLab and carefully attended by LiXin, who is very bubbly and meticulously explained the process and how everything works for my skin issue. I see my skin is brighter after the first session and look forward to more improvement.

My first experience with Coslab was good. Lixin was my consultant; she is very knowledgeable and careful during the facial session. I'd recommend it and would try other services next time.

I would definitely recommend therapist Lixin for facials. She is attentive and skilful. She will make sure that the extraction process is as painless as possible for me. She is not pushy, and I can trust her recommendation to carry out whichever facial treatment she deems necessary according to my condition each session.
