My face was full of blackheads and oil-clogged. Jessie was very thorough with the extractions, and it wasn't painful at all... However, I felt that the shoulder massage was a bit short. I think a lot of time was spent removing those blackheads and clogs. Overall, the experience was acceptable, and now my face is clean. :)

I did eyelash keratin, and Lixin was so gentle. The whole process was so smooth, and the after results were what I expected them to be! Lixin was very professional and friendly.

I had a bad breakout and walked in to seek a facial to help clear it. Therapist Lixin is very gentle and non-pushy. Never once did I feel pressured to sign up for any package. She is also very skilful at cleaning my face... till I fell asleep!

Li Xin is incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Her facial massage techniques were absolutely soothing, effortlessly melting away my stress with each motion. After the treatment, my skin looked noticeably brighter and felt remarkably smoother, with the effects lasting for days. Li Xin also shared some great skincare tips for at-home care, which I found very helpful and thoughtful! Thank you, Li Xin!

I have been going to Jessie Liu for my facials. I’m always impressed with her professionalism and care. She’s very easy to talk to and always makes me feel comfortable. During extractions, she’s incredibly detailed and gentle — she constantly checks to make sure I’m not in any pain, which I really appreciate. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone who’s both skilled and thoughtful!

I had a very pleasant experience receiving a 2-in-1 facial at Bukit Panjang Plaza Coslab today. My therapist Carol was very detailed and knowledgeable. I fell asleep for the entire 90 minutes, and the massage was very comfortable and nice. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back for another facial.

I had a first trial full body Javanese massage today. My body is relaxed and loosened. The staff was Lynn. I would like to share that this is my second visit, because in the past few days, I also had my first trial facial here, and the staff was Lixin. There is no hard sell at this outlet, which makes me feel comfortable to come again.

June was incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and attentive to my skin’s needs. She took the time to explain each step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session.
