I want to make a complain that the lady staff that grills ask for member but there is an older male staff that only does cashiering never ask any customers if they have member or not.
When I remember he told me payment is already done and cannot scan member. Please kindly retrain and remind all your staffs.

Update: Extremely Salty potato salad and Chuka Kurage, Sashimi is not as fresh compare to Jurong outlet.

The neapolitan pasta taste like it came straight out their butt. It tasted like ketchup with sugar. The broccoli was so wet it made water look dry. The only thing that saved it was the pork katsu. The price was so expensive being $22 for 2 people. By then you should just go to the hawker street next door. Not nice

Utterly bad service from this cashier in the photo attached (with golden hair). We Wanted to make payment via the self-service kiosk and asked him to assist. He ignored us as first so we forgo the self-service kiosk to seek payment from the main cashier station. He then proceeded to shout at us saying “你们为什么不在这付钱了?你们现在不学永远不会” where he then threw his staff card onto the station. We were stunned at his behaviour towards us as it is totally not acceptable and super rude. Please review this employee and his behaviour. If this could happen to us, it may happen to anyone else.

Rude staffs there. There was a promo on the nissin noodles, if purchase 3 packs we can redeem family chopsticks at CASHIER COUNTER. asked every staff there but everyone didn’t even bother. when asked another cashier staff he told me is redeem at the noodles section and proceeded to ask his fellow cashier staff “here where can collect one” and proceeded to smirk. ?? your signboard clearly said cashier counter.

Rude staff. There was a promotion on Nissin noodles: if we purchased three packs, we could redeem family chopsticks at the cashier counter. I asked every staff member there, but no one even bothered. When I asked another cashier, he told me it was redeemable at the noodles section. He then proceeded to ask his fellow cashier, "Where can one collect this here?" and smirked. ?? Your signboard clearly stated "Cashier Counter."

Many Items have promotions at this outlet. It is smaller than the Don Don Donki at Jem but there are still a lot of items available. 麻雀虽小,五脏俱全.
This is the MOW Matcha ice cream at $1 per stick. wow!
The Cashiers here are very friendly and supportive as well. Kudos to the team!

just a friendly review of Don Don Donki, Bukit Panjang Plaza (opened, December 20, 2024)
If you’re a fan of Japanese products and love a good bargain, Don Don Donki at Bukit Panjang Plaza is worth checking out! Although this outlet is smaller compared to the sprawling Don Don Donki at Jem, it still offers an impressive variety of items that can satisfy both casual shoppers and dedicated Donki fans alike.
One of the highlights of this store is the number of promotions they run. From discounted snacks and ready-to-eat meals to beauty products and household goods, there’s almost always something on offer. It’s easy to walk in for “just one thing” and walk out with a basket full of treasures you didn’t know you needed!
While the store layout is more compact, the space is well-utilized. You can still find the familiar Japanese snacks, drinks, instant noodles, beauty items, kitchen gadgets, and even fresh produce that Don Don Donki is known for. The shelves are packed but well-stocked, and the lively atmosphere makes browsing a fun experience.
Overall, I’m happy with my visits to this store. I always manage to find something interesting or on promotion, and it’s a convenient option for those living in the area who don’t want to travel all the way to the larger outlets.
That said, there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to customer service. On several occasions, I’ve found the cashiers to be curt or even borderline rude. While I understand they’re often busy and working under pressure, a little more warmth and attentiveness at the checkout would go a long way in making the shopping experience even better.
In short, Don Don Donki at Bukit Panjang Plaza is a great spot for affordable Japanese treats and essentials, especially if you’re in the neighbourhood. With a bit of attention to improving customer service, it has the potential to be an even more enjoyable destination. I’ll certainly continue to shop here and look forward to seeing how they improve over time!

Smaller outlet vs jurong’s but good & decent choice of food. Visited on Christmas and it’s bustling with people. Aisles are quite crammed if you are holding a basket.
Salmon sashimi and fried food standards are fresh, replenished quickly on Christmas. Counter staff are helpful.
Looking forward to more fruitful visits.

Staff here are very energetic and fun! There are also a lot of items on promotion, which can be found near the cashier check-out area / in front of the RTE food! Cashiers are very friendly as well

Place to go when you crave for Japanese stuff. For vegetarians, just eat the Natto without the sauce (as it contains Bonito). Happy that Don Don Donki finally opens here in Bukit Panjang.
