2 September 2023 subsequent visit: there were already 2 people having their hair cut whilst another was in the queue when visited on a Saturday afternoon. Paid $14 at the mobile kiosk before proceeding to take a seat. Barber was quick and efficient with the hair cut.
20 May 2023 - No queue when visited on a Saturday. Hairstylist was friendly and efficient. Overall a good experience.

My Go-To Hairstylist at EC House:
I've been a regular customer of Kiu Lan Fang at the EC House in Bukit Panjang Plaza for a while now, and I can't recommend her enough. She consistently gives me the best haircuts and provides excellent service.
What's really impressive is her patience and kindness, which I've observed countless times with other customers. She's always incredibly patient, especially with elderly clients and small children, making them feel comfortable and well-cared for.
If you're looking for a skilled and thoughtful hairstylist, Ms. Kiu is the one to see!

Always liked going here to cut my hair until Joseph Lee came into the picture fade isn’t undercut bro and fade isn’t meant to cut so high also🥲🥲 either he need training or he just had a bad day

Had a great time with EC House Cuts today. My barber Ziv Chong just didn't gave me a good but great time while I'm there. He's very accommodating and full of enthusiasm while giving me a hair cut. I just showed him the photo of the hair cut and he had it done. Kudos to you bro! Give this man a raise he definitely deserves it!

Went for a trim but the lady there did undercut on the wrong parts of the hair, cut way too short, ruined hair for CNY. Haircut done in a painful manner. Do not recommend for anyone.

Regret going there , over cut my hair and lady hairdresser claim that my hair was flat. Will never patronise this haircut shop again. 1 Sep 5.10pm

Senior male hairdresser had his own idea of cutting my hair (which was permed) and made sure none of the perm was left when i told him to just do a light trim... Poor attention to detail. Probably never going back again

First time at this outlet. I generally have a pleasant experience with EC House. But, i felt the way the female hairdresser here handled my kids was not tactful. The way she grabbed their neck to tilt to the side was unnecessary. Going home to touch up on their haircuts, cos it's uneven.
