A TCM clinic that refuses to do tuina despite listing such service on their website. The receptionist was rude and doesn't seem to be interested in business.

I wanted to see the doc for a shoulder ache, and it was my last resort before I fly off. The opening hours stated 9:30 PM closing, but at 8 PM they told me they were closed. Very disappointed.

Opening hours are 9:30 AM... I waited from 10:15 AM to 12:00 PM despite the nurse telling me the doc was coming at 11:30 AM. What's the point of opening at 9:30 AM with no doc around? I visited the doc at Hillion Mall and waited sooooo long for consultation and medicine, another almost 20 minutes!! How can I come here when I am sick, freezing, and having a fever? And wait for hours? They also forgot to give me my MC. Seriously. I'm so sick and I have to go through all that freaking trouble.

I'm unwell and saw that their opening hours are 9:30 AM. I arrived only to be told that the doctor would only be available at 11:30 AM and that the day's appointments were already full. Why advertise that their opening hours are 9:30 AM when the doctor only arrives at 11:30 AM? Surely patients are unwell and won't want to come early to wait. Why aren't considerations given to patients? Furthermore, regarding the fully booked appointments, why isn't there any form of communication, such as an online update? Eu Ren Sang needs to be more customer-focused and consider how to better compete in this TCM market.

It's so slow; they made me wait for almost 2 hours. The system is ridiculous. I was there early, but they kept telling me the next person had an appointment. In the first place, they should have given me an appointment. The doctor is also slow, spending almost an hour to see a patient and write a prescription. I will never visit them again.

Really slow. There was nobody in the queue when I was there, and I was told to wait outside the consultation room. After almost 30 minutes and asking twice, I managed to go in. At the end of the consultation, the physician simply said, "Okay, done," without telling me the diagnosis or what to do or avoid until I asked. Even then, his replies were very brief. After which, it was another 25-minute wait for the medicine. 😵

I visited the clinic for the first time. Dr. Wang attended to me. She did not perform any diagnosis of my pain, and proceeded to perform acupuncture at the points where I told her the pain was. The treatment wasn't effective in relieving my neck pain.
Terri Mok
Effectively relieved my neck pain. The doctor and staff were helpful and efficient.

Dr Anita is really professional and a good physician. She is patient and caring. The cupping here for my leg is very good. Thank you, Dr Anita ❤️

My physician, Dr. Tjai, is really helpful in assisting with my leg issue. I had almost 6 months of treatment, and it helped me not need to go for surgery.

Had a good experience here. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Anita was nice, very thorough and caring, and speaks English. Some other TCM doctors can't really communicate in English, which can be quite difficult. But I had a good experience here.

Physician Wang is friendly and explained things quite thoroughly. The medication, which included cupping, was effective, really curing and stopping my back pain after just two days. My heatiness also reduced. A friend who saw the treatment and the physician's patience also went to see Physician Wang for a consultation. The staff is also friendly.

My visit for my sprained ankle and wrist was good. Dr Lin was thorough and clear in her diagnosis and treatment. She also gave me advice on the type of exercises to do to keep my joints mobile. Their medications are not cheap, though you get a free day discount if you are a Passion Card holder.
