The florist girl spoke soft, patiently answered my questions. Bouquet is nicely done. Price is reasonable considering it’s location in a mall. Overall recommended.

Have had mixed experiences in this shop. Depending on who on who is serving there seems to price and quality of product variations! Most recently I put together a beautiful bouquet at a very reasonable price and thought I should validate the good work.

Went there to get some helium balloons for my sister’s graduation; the young lady who was there did not have any expression nor greeting, until I said hello and asked for the balloons for graduation. She quietly took them out and throughout the 15mins did not manage a smile nor expression. While service begs for a lot of improvement, what was more disappointing was the fact that the balloon with “Congratulations Grad” burst even before we made it to the ceremony; we heard a pop as we were walking towards the ceremony, just 20mins right after we got the balloons. This felt like a waste of money as the balloon popped where seal line was; either the balloon was inflated too much/tightly or the balloon was old and the edges became weak. We ended up not being able to give the balloon to my sister since it popped right before.

Brought my own soft toy and they help me to customise into a beautiful bouquet on the very next day!! Very friendly florist that answer readily all my questions. Collection was seamless hehe

Supposed to be flower to pay respect to a late friend. But wrapping is using tracing paper. I ask for nicer packaging and the person said cannot .. say dont match. Been going other plcs to get flower to pay respect. This is e worst. Clueless

I bought the balloons yesterday for my daughter 21st birthday (1st photo when first hung up). In less than 4 hours, the balloons were shrinking and were quite flat before she got home to see it as a surprise. The balloons were dropping down the next morning (2nd photo). Very disappointed!
