The florist girl spoke softly and patiently answered my questions. The bouquet is nicely done. The price is reasonable considering its location in a mall. Overall, recommended.

These were supposed to be flowers to pay respect to a late friend. But it was wrapped in tracing paper. I asked for nicer packaging, but the person refused, saying it didn't match. I've been to other places to get flowers to pay respect. This is the worst. Clueless.

Have had mixed experiences in this shop. Depending on who is serving, there seem to be variations in price and product quality. Most recently, I put together a beautiful bouquet at a very reasonable price, and felt I should validate the good work.

I bought the balloons yesterday for my daughter's 21st birthday (1st photo, when first hung up). In less than 4 hours, the balloons were shrinking and quite flat before she got home to see them as a surprise. The balloons were dropping down the next morning (2nd photo). Very disappointed!

Went there to get some helium balloons for my sister’s graduation; the young lady who was there did not have any expression or greeting until I said hello and asked for the balloons. She quietly took them out, and throughout the 15 minutes, did not manage a smile or expression. While service begs for a lot of improvement, what was more disappointing was that the balloon with “Congratulations Grad” burst even before we made it to the ceremony. We heard a pop as we were walking towards the ceremony, just 20 minutes right after we got the balloons. This felt like a waste of money, as the balloon popped at the seal line; either the balloon was inflated too much or too tightly, or it was old and the edges became weak. We ended up not being able to give the balloon to my sister since it popped right before the ceremony.

Brought my own soft toy, and they helped me customize it into a beautiful bouquet, ready the very next day! The florist was very friendly and readily answered all my questions. Collection was seamless!
