I stood outside the shop for a good 10 minutes before someone came back to tend the shop. The staff then told me I’d have to wait 1-2 hours for a flower arrangement because she needed to take her lunch. I understand that breaks are mandatory under law, but telling a customer to wait 1-2 hours for a quick arrangement, and doing so in the most monotonous and unwelcoming voice, is a little off-putting. I went to another store instead. Also, judging from their Google reviews, I guess service really depends on who’s on shift that day.
