Came here for business headshot. The soft copy resolution was too bad to use - only 400x500 pixels and even blurry in some parts. Not recommended.

One of the worst service shop ever. Please do not take photos here. Paid for soft copy and hard copy, they did not sent and put someone else's email on your kid's photo. Totally ignoring the fact personal passport photo is not meant for others.

Terrible horrible service. Wanted to print a simple phrase artwork for a signage. My artwork was in single page at my computer but, it overflowed into 2 pages unexpectedly when they opened it In the computer. And the staff just printed blindly, so the printout was unusable. So I asked them nicely if they were able to adjust into one page and re-print. Guess what the boss did ? He snatched the printout from me, crushed it and threw into the bin and ask me to go elsewhere. Rude !

Very poor services , quality ,and skill at work.. photo service dor passport , visa etc are below average quality .. if you are looking for impressive click i think this is not the place as there is no proper place to sit for photo and flash light for right brightness.. its my opinion try ur luck n refer other reviews 1/5 rating

The lady sales assistant is very rude. Insisted there was a sign to say print time in one hour when there was no sign. When I asked her to point out the sign, she says oh it’s on the other device which was at the other side of the room. Then she refunds money and say she doesn’t want to talk anymore. What type of service??? The old gentleman was much better but overall lousy experience.

Shop owners are rude, staff are not well-trained in photo taking, prices are high…
Really don’t recommend coming here; your money will be better spent elsewhere.

2 dollars per page for A4, but the quality is bad. Can't even tell bold from non-bold.

All the instant prints turned yellow after a few months. Asked a few questions to understand the difference between instant and normal, and the boss started to give an attitude, commenting, "If you only print a few photos, it's too difficult; you'd better go somewhere else to print." Super bad attitude and bad quality. Don't print here; find a better option to preserve your precious memories.

If you are looking for an impressive photo, I think this is not the place, as there is no proper place to sit for photos and the flash lighting is not suitable for proper brightness. It's my opinion; try your luck and refer to other reviews. 1/5 rating.
