Terrible, horrible service. I wanted to print a simple phrase artwork for signage. My artwork was a single page on my computer, but it unexpectedly overflowed into two pages when they opened it on their system. The staff just printed it blindly, so the printout was unusable. So I nicely asked if they were able to adjust it to fit on one page and reprint. Guess what the boss did? He snatched the printout from me, crushed it, threw it into the bin, and asked me to go elsewhere. Rude!

One of the worst service shops ever. Please do not take photos here. Paid for soft copy and hard copy, but they did not send them, and instead put someone else's email on your kid's photo. Totally ignoring the fact that a personal passport photo is not meant for others. Go at your own risk.

Came here for a business headshot. The soft copy resolution was too low to be usable — only 400x500 pixels and even blurry in some parts. Not recommended.

Very poor service. I paid for my photo print and was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back, staff said they didn't know how to print 3R size and asked me to change to 4R to make it easy for them. What a joke.

I printed a 4x6 photo here at an affordable price of $1. Staff (2 uncles) were friendly and answered my queries patiently. I was quite surprised by this, since all the reviews were pretty negative.

The worst ever!!! Bad service. Impatient. Passport photos look so bad!!! Edited my face so much that my photos didn’t look like me. Passport photos are for legal documents. Why would you change someone's face so much?

I paid $18 for both soft and hard copies of my passport photo, expecting professional quality as they were taken with a DSLR-like camera. Unfortunately, the final soft copy **was** of such poor resolution that my face was barely recognizable. This was disappointing, especially considering the cost. I recommend that they check photo quality before delivering them to customers to avoid such issues.

The overall experience wasn't great. The sales assistant was quite rude, which made the whole interaction uncomfortable from the start. Even over the phone, her tone came off as unfriendly. Because of her attitude and the overall experience, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending their services. As for the photo I received, it didn't reflect the quality you'd expect from decent equipment. It looked off—likely due to poor camera settings or a lack of attention to detail. My hair was messy in the shot, which I didn't notice at the time. That part's on me (I didn't check the photo either), but it's something a professional could have flagged, as it would have been clearer from their perspective, especially when charging premium prices. To top it off, I was emailed someone else's photo before receiving my own—definitely not reassuring in terms of professionalism or privacy. Just a heads-up if you're planning to visit: double-check everything before you pay, because while the pricing isn't cheap, the results and service may not match up.

Excellent place to take a professional photo! The uncle was very accommodating when I was not satisfied with the initial photos. He proceeded to take a second round of photos, from which I was satisfied to select. He also clarified my questions regarding the sizing for overseas student ID photos and Singapore passport photo sizes. He kindly sent one more digital copy that I could use to crop from, in case the standard passport photo size did not meet the overseas student ID requirements. Also, the female staff member there was decently nice too! I waited for less than the stated 20 minutes to receive the digital copy, and all of this was provided for $18 (digital copy + 6 hardcopy passport photos).

Offers printing and photocopying services, though prices are slightly higher. Best for small jobs or nearby residents needing convenience. Sometimes a bit slow due to limited staff, so patience is needed.
