Dr. Nicole was the most friendly and informative doctor I have ever seen in SG.
As a foreigner, it is very hard to find a suitable clinic. However, I recommend this clinic for its comfort.
Also, the receptionists were kind.
The clinic was very neat and clean.
Most importantly, Dr. Nicole was very informative about prescriptions and the patient's symptoms.

I went to see the doctor because my COVID-19 vaccination side effects persisted. I was telling Dr. Nichole my symptoms, including abdominal pain, but she was impatient and kind of rushed, telling me she was in a rush for her next appointment. What rude service was provided! She showed no patience to listen to my concerns, since she had no idea what solutions to offer me.

Friends and I have always tolerated the rudeness of this Malay counter assistant, because we find good service from Dr. Nicole and have also recommended this doctor. However, today's experience with this counter assistant is making me think twice in the future. During registration, the assistant had trouble finding my records and kept going in circles about whether I'd been there before. She then pointed at my face and loudly insisted it was my first time. Next, she pointed at the signboard, raised her voice again, and read to me that this is "Healthway Medical". I felt so intimidated to be first shamed in public as if I were demented, and then also as if I were illiterate. She then passed my IC to her colleague who had no problem finding my records immediately. She then rolled her eyes at me and said, "It's the system's fault." Truly unbelievable...

I had a confusing and frustrating experience during my recent visit. The **C**hinese elderly nurse at the reception spoke very softly and even mispronounced the patient's name. I was unwell and not fully alert, so I genuinely thought my name was called and went up to collect the medicine. It turned out it wasn’t meant for me. But even the actual patient didn’t realise their name had been called. Instead of acknowledging the unclear communication, I was blamed for responding to the wrong name. As someone who was already sick, I expected more clarity and empathy from the staff.

Dr. Nicole was very patient and attentive to my concerns. She meticulously diagnosed my condition (I was facing a very bad headache and flu) and ruled out viral/bacterial infection, symptom by symptom.
I had been taking another doctor's medication for 3 days, but immediately felt better on her prescription. 👍👍 Thank you, Dr. Nicole! :)

I visited the clinic yesterday at 2 PM and had a pleasant consultation with Dr. Nicole, who was professional and kind. However, I was quite disappointed with the conduct of the Malay receptionist at the front desk.
While I was waiting, I witnessed her speak quite harshly to a walk-in patient — a Malay aunty — who had simply asked a question about signing a form. Her tone was unnecessarily rude. Not long after, I overheard her answering a phone call, and again, her tone was curt and dismissive — exactly the same unpleasant tone I had encountered when I called the clinic in the morning.
What was even more unprofessional was that after the call ended, she began gossiping about the caller with her male colleague, and this happened openly in front of patients. This is not the standard of professionalism anyone would expect from a receptionist, especially in a healthcare setting where patients come in already feeling unwell or vulnerable.
I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and addresses this issue, as front desk staff play a big role in the overall patient experience.

The receptionist was courteous, and Dr. Nicole explained my condition to me patiently and in detail. I would never have known the details if I had gone to the clinic at Bukit Panjang interchange, as the doctor there would only see me for a fragment of a minute. Thank you for truly caring!
