Dr. Nicole was the most friendly and informative doctor I ever seen in SG. As a foreigner, it is very hard to find a suitable clinic. However, I recommend this clinic for comfortableness. Also the receptionists were kind as well. Very neat and clean. Mostly, Dr. Nicole was very informative about prescriptions and symptoms of the patient.

Doctor is nice and good. Staff not good. Not helpful. Also never answer calls. Staff said over the phone they close at 12pm on Sat and asked us not to come to collect reports that day. But whn I pass by the clinic it was open and truly closing at 1pm. I was able to see the doctor on the same day too. Same day whn I was there at the clinic I overheard the staff saying the clinic close at 12:20pm over the phone. The time was 12:17pm. But took some patients walked in after that too. I believe the last admission to see doc is 12:30pm.

Really patient doctor Nicole Yap. But waiting time was 1-1.5 hour. With patients coming for health checks etc. 3.5 stars for the long wait :(

I think your clinic need more staff, super long waiting time even there is not much patient there.

the dr was really nice and attentive! listened to all my concerns very meticulously and provided a lot of great solutions n advice :)

Dr. Nicole Yap was really patient. But the waiting time was 1-1.5 hours, with patients coming for health checks, etc. Overall, 3.5 stars due to the long wait. :(

I was able to see the doctor on the same day too. Later that same day, when I was at the clinic, I overheard the staff saying the clinic closed at 12:20 PM over the phone. The time was 12:17 PM. However, they still took some walk-in patients after that. I believe the last admission to see the doctor was 12:30 PM.
