I have been visiting this place from time to time for a few years as I stay nearby. I really love their TenDon and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Ichiban Sushi! Their set meals although pricey, they are VERY filling and I would highly recommend having two people sharing a set meal unless you are very hungry.
The only issues I have for this place (not all the time) is that it’s usually VERY crowded and understaffed, which cause a decline in service during peak hours. Also, ever since covid, they have not resumed the sushi trains which I dearly missed.
Overall, the food is great! But do not expect super good service during peak hours…

I always enjoy coming to this outlet for my dinning. The staff is very friendly and approachable.. and the manager (Amy) will provide her best service to serve even when she is super busy.
Will come again

Has always enjoyed food at Ichiban. Just that today, for the first time, was told no salt and pepper when we requested for it by one of the service staff, she didn't bother to try.
So we tried asking another service staff named 'Jia', he was proactive and got us what we need to enjoy our meal. At least that is ok and appreciated his service.
Next when we ask for a top up for our Yuzu Kaisen Nabe soup as it was getting drier .... was given some soy sweet sauce based soup that ruin our soup instead. Rare to be disappointed, but hope Ichiban can look into training their staff better.

Tried this spot based on parents’ recommendation, and it didn’t disappoint!
The set meals and sashimi were incredibly fresh for its value. The only hiccup was the pork steak, which was unexpectedly tough and chewy for dad (and even me). Lucy was attentive and suggested cutting it smaller and cooking further but it will not fix the texture. The real MVP was manager Peter who quickly replaced it with thinly sliced pork that won my parents over. Excellent service and customer care—highly recommended!

Very lousy kids meal. Fried Chicken was so hard, corn has too much mayo on it. Udon was too little with seaweed even. The kids weren’t even full without eating the hard chicken. Not recommended!!!

Food is nice. I feel that the time in serving the food should improve. We went after lunch period(close to 3pm) but still have to wait very long for our food to be served.

Have been patronising this restaurant since I stayed here ever since it was opened. Has also seen Staff Kim growth and development from part time staff to management trainee. Staff are overall friendy. Food taste good and quantities sometimes little inconsistent but overall palatable food. They have also just installed a portable AC in the store. Able to hear customer feedback of hotness.

Service staff are very friendly, pleasant atmosphere during lunch time and fast service time. Often visit for easy family meal.
Outlet also happened to have seasonal offer for free dessert upon review after meal.

the man manager is very rude. firstly, he wears “mask” while working in an f&b establishment with the mask half on his face with mouth exposed and talking to his fellow colleagues in the store. Do you not know that saliva can fly? Hasn’t covid already happened? Second, saw a cockroach at the table beside. Ew. Last time it was always full house and bustling. Now? Looks like a far cry from the past. Standards really horrible. Prices inflated like mad. Service horrible.

It was my first visit to this outlet. I have been going to other Ichiban outlets for the last 10years.
Food was very salty and there was a cockroach that was seen at the conveyer belt.
I had informed the sushi chef and the waitress immediately when I saw the pest. But they did not bother trying to find the pest, they looked around, didn’t see the cockroach and just walked away and commented that they just recently did a clean up.
I told them that I really saw the pest and took a photo as well but they didnt seem too bothered about the matter. I waited for 10mins and nobody came back to attempt to find and get rid of the cockroach.
