If I can indicate 0 star for service I will after today’s visit. I am not sure if the reason is undermanned or office politics that all of hairstylists are tasking the same newbie guy to wash and blow dry hair for their customers but it is definitely unacceptable to blow dry my hair halfway and got instructed by another hairstylist to leave immediately to wash hair for another customer whom treatment just ended. Came back to me for a short while and did that again. Not once but twice (leaving my hair to dry naturally). I even have to pick up the hair dryer on my own to blow dry the front segment when I am left unattended the second time and saw another hairstylist snickering when i did that. Am a long term customer (over 10 years) and the amount that I have spent here is definitely no less than any other customer to deserve this treatment. Even a first time customer doesn’t deserve this. The only saving grace is probably Dollyn’s hair cut skills but that is not going to make up for this poor service.
No need to reply asking me to email for more details (saw that this is the standard reply to all poor rating). The details are stated (didn’t mention names not because I don’t know who they are but just don’t want to go to the extreme). Sort out these issues, else you will lose more customers.

Good service! Starting to be a regular because they do not rush their service and really attentive to customers needs. Came in today at around 7pm+ and a lady at the counter said "you look familiar, you've been here before yes?" 🙈Anyway, the hairstylist that attended to me was great. Not pushy or upselling anything. Even showed me how to blowdry my hair to make it more volumnous. Which is why i'm doing this review. Sorry I didn't catch her name but thank you!

I’m quite disappointed by my experience as I have my stylist one clear requirement that I did not want my hair to have a seperated layer. I told her my hair is prone to puffing up and the layer needs to be seamless. She agreed but in the end proceeded to cut my hair exactly how I told her not to. When I tried to alert it to her, she did not receive the feedback and proceeded to tell me it’s exactly how it’s supposed to be.
Within the next 15 minutes as the humidity hit my hair, precisely what I said happened.
Apart from this she was also generally unpleasant, which is totally unacceptable but also unacceptable considering the price point. Terrible service

had my hair done by hairstylist May Kwok and honestly had such a great experience. She explained everything she was doing step by step. Super professional but also super easy to chat with. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing!

Went for a haircut here recently. The leading stylist Felice was very friendly and experienced. Impressed by how detailed/meticulous she was in cutting and making sure the final result is what I wanted . Loved my haircut & fringe perm from her. She was also really nice and gave me tips on how to take proper care of my hair. There was also no hardselling here which I appreciated.

Had an extremely pleasant experience cutting here at Kimage because of leading stylist Dollyn Tan :) She is friendly, patient and respects her customers!
Usually other salon will cut a big chunk of my hair when i only request just to trim the ends. She respects customer's request and really only trim the dead ends, which made me really happy! Also took her time to help me perfect my hime hair cut, instead of rushing to finish the job. And she also taught me how to style my hair, which i really appreciate.
Very happy with how my hair turned out!

WORST ever salon experience!! The lady who was cutting my hair keep gossiping with another employ while cutting my hair. Hard sell and keep recommend for scalp treatment. It was so bad. COST ME $350 for this service and after wash my hair got more scalp (attached pic). My hair feel like straw and dry after coloring. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO OTHERS

Ms Yvonne Wong is a patient, attentive and experienced Principal hair stylist. She listens attentively and fulfils all my hair styling requests. She also cuts my hair with professional techniques. She will eventually wrap up each hair cut session with a thorough three-dimensional overview check. The hair serum that she applied as the finishing touch makes my hair very soft.
