I love my haircut done by James Lei. He was able to do the hairstyle that I requested because most shops couldn't do it due to my thick hair.

If I could give 0 stars for service, I would after today's visit. I'm not sure if the reason is understaffing or office politics, but all the hairstylists were tasking the same newbie to wash and blow dry hair for their customers. It was definitely unacceptable to blow dry my hair halfway and then be instructed by another hairstylist to leave immediately to wash hair for another customer whose treatment had just ended. He came back to me for a short while and then did the same thing again. This happened not once, but twice, leaving my hair to dry naturally. I even had to pick up the hair dryer myself to blow dry the front segment when I was left unattended the second time, and I saw another hairstylist snickering when I did so. I am a long-term customer (over 10 years), and the amount I have spent here is definitely no less than any other customer's; I certainly don't deserve to be treated this way. Even a first-time customer doesn't deserve this. The only saving grace is probably Dollyn's haircut skills, but that is not going to make up for this poor service.
No need to reply asking me to email for more details (I've seen that this is the standard reply to all poor ratings). The details are stated (I didn't mention names, not because I don't know who they are, but because I just don't want to go to extremes). Sort out these issues, otherwise you will lose more customers.

Good service! I'm starting to be a regular because they don't rush their service and are really attentive to customers' needs. I came in today a little after 7 PM, and a lady at the counter said, "You look familiar; you've been here before, yes?" 🙈 Anyway, the hairstylist who attended to me was great. She wasn't pushy or upselling anything. She even showed me how to blow-dry my hair to make it more voluminous. Which is why I'm writing this review. Sorry I didn't catch her name, but thank you!

Went for a haircut here recently. The leading stylist, Felice, was very friendly and experienced. Impressed by how detailed and meticulous she was in cutting and making sure the final result was what I wanted. Loved my haircut and fringe perm from her. She was also really nice and gave me tips on how to take proper care of my hair. There was also no hard-selling here, which I appreciated.

I’m quite disappointed by my experience as I gave my stylist one clear requirement: that I did not want my hair to have a separated layer. I told her my hair is prone to puffing up and the layer needs to be seamless. She agreed, but in the end proceeded to cut my hair exactly how I told her not to. When I tried to alert her to it, she did not take the feedback and proceeded to tell me it’s exactly how it’s supposed to be.
Within 15 minutes, as humidity hit my hair, precisely what I said would happen, did.
Apart from this, she was also generally unpleasant, which is unacceptable, especially considering the price point. Terrible service.

Ms Yvonne Wong is a patient, attentive, and experienced Principal Hair Stylist. She listens attentively and fulfills all my hair styling requests. She also cuts my hair with professional techniques. She always wraps up each haircut session with a thorough final check. The hair serum that she applied as the finishing touch makes my hair very soft. I have trusted my hair to her for years 😊💗. I had an extremely pleasant experience getting my hair cut here at Kimage, thanks to leading stylist Dollyn Tan. She is friendly, patient, and respects her customers!
Usually, other salons would cut a big chunk of my hair when I only requested to trim the ends. She respects customers' requests and really only trims the dead ends, which made me really happy! She also took her time to help me perfect my Hime haircut, instead of rushing to finish the job. And she also taught me how to style my hair, which I really appreciate.
I am very happy with how my hair turned out!

I had my hair done by hairstylist May Kwok and honestly had such a great experience. She explained everything she was doing step by step. She was super professional but also super easy to chat with. Definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing!
