Worst service from this young male teen with a black mask. I felt like I was inconveniencing them as a customer. Cashier/drink maker: *stares blankly silently* Customer: Hi, one order of the member drink ABCD, please. Cashier/drink maker: Key in your number. Customer: *pays by Grab* Okay, payment by Grab. Cashier/drink maker: Grab? Customer: Yup. Cashier/drink maker: *hands receipt silently* (2 minutes later) Cashier/drink maker: *puts drink silently on counter* Why doesnβt LiHO just put the order machine up like Playmade then? Since human customer service is literally like a machine.

On October 13th, around 5:38 PM, a lady in rectangular specs was working. She was visibly angry for an unknown reason. She made my order incorrectly, yet still gave an attitude by slamming the drinks onto the counter. I had to ask her to her face if someone had offended her and made her so angry. She shrugged her shoulders as if it didn't bother her. Please review the training of your staff! Check the CCTV as mentioned. It seems I'm not the only one who experienced her horrendous attitude. Go home if you are not keen on working, young lady.

I pity the young lady working on 1st Jan 2025 at 3:15 PM. The queue went on and on. She's alone. I'm not sure if the others are on break, but there has to be at least 3 staff on shift to ensure smooth operations and avoid overworking them. Management needs to do something about this. Shuffle your staff wisely. Update: My number is 36. I waited until 3:40 PM. They were showing 28 on the screen when the current order number was 38. Ridiculous. Patience has its limits. Everyone else is upset. The guy who came afterwards (from break, I assume) didn't even bother to see if the order hanging there was mine. It was mine, by the way, but I could've taken someone else's who waited longer. Human error. They should just leave it to technology.

I don't like the drink. I ordered 50% sweet and totally couldn't taste any brown sugar. The texture of the pearls was very weird. The drink was not worth the price paid.

I've always visited this outlet and experienced good service and high standards from the staff! But today, I experienced one of the worst service encounters. I was at this outlet today at 5:45 PM and was served by a lady wearing rectangular spectacles. Her attitude was very bad. I was standing at the cashier for quite a while before she served me. She was like, βHello, what do you want?β This spoiled the mood. Even worse, the brown sugar pearls were so dry and didn't have the brown sugar taste. The drink was so diluted that it tasted like plain water, with too much ice.

Staff was an enthusiastic and pleasant young Chinese man. A bit hesitant when keying in the order, but probably new staff. Very nice strawberry drink. Prefer Liho, which has been around longer than the other 2 nearby bubble tea stores.

Bought two Honkai Star Rail Kafka-themed drinks for the merchandise, expecting to receive two scratch cards, one paper bag, and two stickers. The staff gave us the wrong cups (never mind, there might not have been any more Kafka-themed cups available) and only provided one scratch card. When we nicely talked to the staff about the merchandise and showed him the poster and a photo of the T&Cs, the staff kept acting confused and proceeded to tend to other new walk-in customers instead, making us wait. This was repeated a few times instead of them just giving us the merchandise. The staff insisted the drink only included a scratch card, and he even called his manager on the phone. We finally left the store with two scratch cards, one paper bag, and one sticker. The staff insisted that his manager told him the themed drinks only included one scratch card and nothing else, and refused to give us the second sticker. Perhaps Liho should be more thorough in educating their staff about collaboration events, including both the staff members and "the manager that was on the phone." How many people do you think would actually buy the drink without the collaboration merchandise? This feels like a low-key scam. Just raising awareness for anyone planning to buy from this branch.

I'm quite a regular customer here, having been to this outlet every time since I was Sec 2. The service has always been good, until I recently went back there to buy my drinks. I ordered my drink through the app, and by the time I reached there, it wasn't ready yet. So I asked the staff, but no one was attending to me. One of the staff saw me but continued doing her things, which got me a bit annoyed. After standing there for about 5-10 minutes, she finally asked me what I wanted. I showed her my order number, and she told me to wait. I stood there for another few minutes before I went to walk around the mall. After 30 minutes, I went back there, and my drinks were not even ready! (By the way, there were only a few customers over there, so it wasn't that busy.) I thought it was just a small issue and didn't want to make such a big fuss over it, but the service gets worse over time, as it's not the first time it has happened. My friend went to the exact outlet and encountered even worse service! (I'll show the text in the picture.) Today, my last nerve was hit. My family and I went there to buy drinks, and the staff (a guy) glared at us while we were choosing what we wanted. Every time we finished asking for a drink, he always shouted, βIs that all?β Not only that, he never asked for our sugar level before setting everything to 50% sugar level, and it was really very sweet for my family and me. My Mango Tango, which was supposed to be yellow, turned orange from the amount of syrup in it.
