The two men that were there today seems to be inexperienced in making orders
The guy that made the order(hot green milk tea with white pearl) made the tea so hot that the pearls softened and disintegrated. My tongue was burned when i tried to sip it. The texture of the pearls were terrible. Furthermore, he gave me a normal straw instead of the wide one.
The liho at bukit gombak and aljunied has much better service. I will never go to bukit panjang liho again.

Always a preference to buy Liho when in BPP. Today had an addon missed out in the drink. Contacted shop and had a fussfree prompt guarantee for free drink replacement. Of course we provided evidence on our end but still appreciate the quick resolution 🙏🏼

Been supporting this outlet the past few years! I like their green milk tea! Staff are very efficient in preparing the drinks too. Just hope that Liho could be flexible in their drinks combinations (e.g. changing of toppings instead of fixing a particular toppings in a drink)!

Drinks were nice and pearl cooked quite prefectly~ however the server's attitude should really improve.. being served with rude tone while ordering!? Busy talking to one another loudly and walked past (even if there's eye contact already) when there's people waiting at the counter on the other day as well..

Shout out to the staff at LiHO BPP. I bought a drink on Saturday, June 25th, but accidentally dropped it in front of their counter and made a mess. I went to look for the janitor to help clear the mess I made and queued again to reorder to satisfy my BBT craving. As I was queuing to order (I hadn't ordered yet), I was offered a brand new drink without me asking. Thumbs up 👍🏻

Drinks were nice, and the pearls were cooked quite perfectly. However, the server's attitude should really improve. I was served in a rude tone while ordering. On another occasion, they were busy talking loudly to one another and walked past customers waiting at the counter, even after making eye contact.

I've been supporting this outlet for the past few years! I like their green milk tea! The staff are very efficient in preparing the drinks too. I just hope that Liho could be more flexible in their drink combinations (e.g., allowing changes to toppings instead of having fixed toppings for a particular drink)!
