Lady was obviously pissed with god knows what reason. Made my order wrongly yet gave an attitude by slamming the drinks on the counter.
I had to ask her in her face if someone offended her and made her so angry? She shrug her shoulder like it did not bother her.
Please relook into the training of your staff! Check the cctv as mentioned.
Seems like not only me experienced her horrendous attitude. Go home if you are not keen in working, young lady.

Why doesn’t liho just put the order machine up like Playmade then? Since human customer service is literally like a machine.

I pity the young lady working on 1st Jan 2025 at 315pm. Queue going on and on. Shes alone. Not sure the others are on break but there has to be at least 3 staffs on shift to ensure smooth operations and not overworking them. Management needs to do something about this. Shuffle your staff wisely.

My number is 36. Waited till 340pm. They were showing 28 on the screen when orders are for 38. Ridiculous. Patience has its limits. Everyone else it upset. The guy who came afterwards(from break i assume) didnt even bother to see if the order hanging there is mine. Its min btw, but i couldve taken someone else’s who waited longer. Human error. Should just live it to technology.

Always visited this outlet and have good service and standards by the staff! But today i experienced one of the worst service.
Was at this outlet today at 5:45pm was served by a lady who was wearing rectangular spectacles. Her attitude was very bad. I was standing at the cashier for quite awhile before she served me. She was like “Hello what you want?” this spoilt the mood even worse the Brown Sugar pearls were so dry and didn’t have the brown sugar taste. The drink was so diluted that it tasted like plain water too much ice.

i’m quite a regular customer over here, been to this outlet every time since i was sec2 the service is always good til i recently went back there to buy my drinks. I ordered my drink through the app and by the time i reach there it wasn’t ready yet, so i asked the staff but no one was attending to me. One of the staff saw me but continued doing her things which got me abit annoyed. After standing there about 5-10mins she finally ask me what do i want. I showed her my order number and she said wait. I stood there for another few more minute before i go walk around the mall. After 30mins i went back there and my drinks were not even ready! (btw there’s only a few customer over thr so it’s not that busy)
I thought it was just a small issue and didn’t want to make such a big fuss over it but the service gets worser overtime as it’s not the first time it happens. My friend went to the exact outlet and encountered even worse service! (i’ll show the text in the picture)
Today was my last nerve as me and my family went there to buy drinks, the staff (guy) glared at us while we were choosing what we want and every time we finish asking for a drink he always shout “IS THAT ALL?” not only that he never asked for our sugar level before putting everything 50% and it’s for real very sweet for me and my family. My mango tango supposed to be yellow turned into orange from the amount of syrup there is in there.

Staff was an enthusiastic and pleasant young Chinese man. A bit blur when keying in order but probably new staff. Very nice strawberries drink. Prefer Liho which has been around longer then the other 2 nearby bubble tea stores.

Bought 2 honkai Star rail kafka theme drinks for the merch and should be receiving 2 scratch card 1 paper bag 2 sticker.
Staff gives wrong cup (nevermind could be no more Kafka theme cups available) and only provided 1 scratch card. Talked to the staff nicely about the merch and showed him the poster and photo of T&C ,staff keep acting blur and proceeds to go tend other new walking in customers instead and made us wait repeated this few times instead of just giving us the merch.
Staff insist drink only includes scratch card and he even called his manager through the phone. Finally left the store with 2 scratch card 1 paper bag 1 sticker. Staff insist that his manager told him theme drinks only includes 1 scratch card and nothing else and refused to give us the 2nd sticker.
Maybe Liho should be more sincere in educating staff about Collab events both staff and "the manager that was on the phone".
How many people do you think will actually buy the actual drink without the Collab merch? Low-key scam.
