Traded in my S22 Ultra for an S25 Ultra. The assessor gave a better price than those offered in Sim Lim, perhaps partly because I really take good care of my gadgets. Overall, a very good experience regarding their service. Total visit time, from assessment of the old phone to buying the new phone, took less than 30 minutes. On another note, the prices for their brand new phones are also quite competitive, which is an additional convenience for customers like me. πŸ‘πŸ‘

Very fast service. I made my booking online for my Samsung Galaxy Ultra and received a booking and confirmation within 1 hour. I arrived early and was served very quickly. The salesperson was patient and went through all the necessary procedures with me.

My phone broke and couldn't charge at all. I suspected it was the battery, so I went to get it repaired. They told me they could only replace it the next day because they didn't have the battery in stock. But the next day, they told me it was the motherboard because the new battery did not solve the charging issue. They told me it would take about 7 days because they couldn't fix it at this outlet and had to send it to another. They also said they couldn't guarantee they could fix it. I hadn't backed up my data, so I really needed my phone back. I decided to proceed with the repair, and they even said they wouldn't charge me at all if they couldn't fix it. Fortunately, they managed to fix it after 5 days. The best part is that the price for the repair was the same as the one stated on their website (depending on the model), and I paid less than $100. It was worth the few days' wait. Thank you so much!

Dropped my HP accidentally, and the back glass shattered. I went to Mister Mobile (BPP), and within a few hours, it was done! The repair fee was reasonable and cheaper than at an authorised service centre, and the customer service was good too. Make sure to make an advanced booking before coming down to repair your devices (to save time). Overall, I am a happy customer. Thank you! ☺️

I am very impressed with Stefan Ooi, the staff member who served me during my visit to MisterMobile for the repair of my cracked Surface Pro screen. Despite the waiting time for the replacement stock, I am thankful that the screen was replaced. On top of this, he even bought a keyboard to compensate me for the long waiting time. Saw a lot of good reviews and decided to engage them to repair my phone. They replaced the phone screen, but it still had issues. Seriously, I don't mind paying, but at least give a bit of a discount as it was not 100% working. The salesgirl gave a firm NO. "ALL PRICES ARE FIXED," she said. No warranty, no problem... but no discount was given, and they expected me to pay the full price of $108? There was no point arguing, so I paid and left the shop feeling pissed. I gave a 1-star review based on this experience, but their customer service called me a day later, and this showed their commitment to uphold a certain standard of service. Update: Han from Mister Mobile contacted me and offered to try and repair my phone a second time. This time, it worked 100%!!! Mister Mobile even engaged a courier to pick up the phone from my house and send it back after the repair!!! I totally did not expect that!! You guys have really exceeded my expectations!! And for that, I'm changing my review from 1 Star to 5 Stars!! I'm really impressed by your service! I will definitely purchase a phone from your shop in the future!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Chanced upon Mister Mobile when looking for the Galaxy Watch 8. Contacted them via WhatsApp and got fast, clear replies. Placed a backorder on 18 July, and by the morning of July 30th, they told me it was ready. They even moved the stock to my preferred pickup location so I could collect the same evening. Walked in at 7pm, showed the code, and was out in under 10 minutes β€” no fuss at all. Plenty of payment options, even CDC hawker vouchers! Super smooth experience. Will come back again.

Best phone repair ever. On 3 July 2025, I went there to fix my phone. The staff were very nice and friendly. But since they didn't have the part in stock for my phone, I had to wait a few days. On 6 July 2025, my phone was ready for pickup. When I picked it up, the phone was in good condition and working well. Please note that if you use card payment, they will charge a fee, so I don't recommend using it as payment. PayNow/cash is okay, as they accept these methods without a fee. They also provided information about the causes of damage and the repair, which was useful for claiming insurance. Thanks to this company, my phone is working again.
