When they approach me to do a 10mins $10 trial, I was thinking ok why not see what's the difference between this and the usual TCM massage. The massage still ok, then came along a Sales lady. She kept hard selling, showing me invoices of other's purchases. I'm not someone who would sign up or pay for something without thinking over or at least not until after the massage see how I feel. She keeps gg on and when she sees that I'm not gg to buy, she abruptly stand up ask me pay $10 and signal the masseur to stop. And I'm not even sure if it's already 10mins or not, the masseur instantly stop. The sales girl was so rude, when i want to give her the $10, she didn't even want to look at me, so I place it on the table. Seriously!! I'm also a sales person I can understand the disappointment of not closing a deal but you must remember sales=service too, the customer might not buy today doesn't mean he will not buy tmw. And even if someone who would not buy from you, you do not want them to bad mouth your company. Even if now I feel the massage is good I would not patronize any of their stores.
Is Singapore service line deteriorating? We are not moving forward with this kind of hard selling attitude. Shouldn't CASE be looking into stopping all these advance payments for services which results to so much issues!!!

I have been here for treatment almost 3 times. My problem is back hurts every time and my feet feel heavy. The whole thing is very rough and easy to slip.
After doing it a few times now, I slowly started to feel better and smoother overall. grateful

Therapist that attend to me hands on very good , product knowledge good, when my first time visit. I give 5 stars to Therapist.
After that I have signed up the package for 8 sessions.
When I come the first session, they start to push me to sign up another new package which I feel like discomfortable, more like hard selling, not proper TCM treatment to me.

It really help in my knee problem when I climbing the stairs which this problem has been bothering me for sometimes despite eating many kind of supplements which also does not help. I would like thanks Pei Pei for her experience in helping in my well being to feel much better now.

Good and professional service and treatment. Therapist is very skillful and was able to alleviate the aching muscle and relieve the tension on my back in the first treatment.

It was a free 10 minutes session that i sign up for this therapy session. The therapist has great knowledge. She gives advice to help me especially for ladies.

Will not visit this shop anymore. Very hard selling problem. Very stress when doing massage there. When doing massage they direct add on the massage service without inform customer for add on price charges. Very terrible.
Can understand maybe your staff target for monthly sales but still need to respect to customer and let us feel relax and comfortable.
