I had my lenses change here. My left and right have different grade. Checked my eyes. And agreed with different grade lenses for eye for what I paid for. I got my glasses but with same grade. So they are not trust worthy.

Feel very glad to be their customer as they offer excellent service, if u change the lens' rubber (the one to grip on the nose), it's free and they also helped to adjust my spectacles when they realised it was crooked!šš» ā¦

I have tried several optical shops for multifocal contact lenses but all turned out waste of money. My vision was still blurred. Just when I was going to give up, I chanced upon Northern Opticians at Bukit Panjang Plaza. Ms Annie Toh attended to me. She is friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks to her expertise, I can now work without wearing spectacles. No doubt my vision is not as cleared as wearing spectacles but at least I can read my documents with ease. Thanks Annie! Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff at the reception rarely engage with customers, often appearing disinterested and unmotivated. Their lack of basic English communication skills and understanding of optometry services is concerning. Most of the time, they seem disengaged and occupied with their phones rather than assisting clients. Itās unclear how such service standards are acceptable.

My wife was looking for prescription reading glasses when her existing one broke. We were at bukit panjang plaza and chanced upon Northern Opticians. Their staff are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They were patient to explain and suggest options to suit our needs. We strongly recommend them if you are looking for eye glasses. Well done and keep up the good work!

Would give 0 stars if i could. Came here wanting to buy clear contact lenses, was told that i need to go through their examination which would take an hour or so and costs $80. Wouldnāt let me buy them without that examination even if i know my own degrees. And one godly box of three pairs costs $120 whereby i can get myself 10 pairs with this price somewhere else and i did exactly that so yeah goodbye and good luck.
