My experience was a good one though. I came for health screening. The assistants at the counter were courteous and friendly. I was served by the friendly and pretty young lady (didnt get her name). The other lady with scarf was also proactive and helpful. Then after, I was served by DR. Chan. He was friendly and polite. It was my first time visiting a clinic whereby the doctor introduced himself his name upon entering the session. I was impressed by his warm welcome and humbleness. Thank you for making my visit a good experience. Keep it up.

My first time consultation there -was a relief lady doctor. I went to see for flu, cough and painful gum symptoms. Was given medicines including antibiotics. Fees was expensive. My gum was swollen a few days later. Decided to give another try there to follow up my case (for advice on antibiotics). This regular doctor Wu, was patient to listen to my experience and suggested ways to improve my gum issues. Towards the end, surprisingly, he just asked me to leave, no need to pay for his followup consultation. Very thankful for that. I don't have to wait long for my 2 visits there. Will probably still go there for my consultation (including my family) next time.

If I can choose zero star, I would love to. They don't deserve even a one star.
I am extremely angry with the Dr Zest Ang who was a relief doctor today, 30 April in the Bukit Panjang branch. I rushed to the clinic from my place and I lost my way here hence I reached the clinic at 12.55pm. I was feeling extremely unwell with chills, clogged ducts, fever, body aches and pain. But the staffs told me that the doctor has something on after 1pm and still have 2 patients left to see which I don't think is a good reason to reject the patient who reached before 1pm closing time and feeling really unwell.
Wha if the patient is almost dying from pain, and the doctor wouldn't bother to see the patient just because she got something to attend to? Will she be liable for the death? Is she suitable to be a doctor? Not showing any empathy for the patient. I am utterly disappointed as I plead them to just let me see doctor which the consultation usually take only 5-10 mins.
I have seen the reviews in the Google and it's the same. Totally no empathy for patients. If you state 1pm close, then you close as 1pm. Not 1pm leave the clinic?
Now I'm in pain and have to look for other clinic just because they don't let me see the doctor. Put yourself in other people's shoes. Are you out here to just purely earn money? Or to help patients with their illnesses? She don't fit to be a Doctor. Imagine you parents were to be feeling unwell, and rush to the clinic as soon as they can, but was told that they are unable to see the doctor. How will you feel?

Worse doctor ever. Went in for consultation with sore throat and flu like symptoms but the doctor just rushed through the check up and just shoo me away. Consultation was less than 5 min. Doctor was very rude as well, he said that he will give me 2 days MC however, I did not catch what he said so when i asked again, he said " I told you I will give you 2 days MC already right?" in a very rude manner. Never coming here again, feels like they treat patients without the medical insurance card better than those with it. Very unprofessional

My ear got infected and blocked. Doctor checked my ear carefully. He explained to me that he will flush out my ear and he make sure i am comfortable with the procedure. I felt like a VIP with his care. I will definitely go back if I have health related problem in the future. Thank you Doctor.

Went to see the doctor with cough, flu, and fever symptoms. The doctor only gave a 1-day MC. The clinic assistant was coughing badly with their mask not worn properly.
