(EDIT) Bought a toy as a gift which was unwrapped only one month after giving (as with most gifts). Realised it was not working and immediately contacted them. Initially met some resistance but they allowed me to change it eventually (although I had to go down to North Point because we purchased it at a roadshow) Glad that at least they honour defective items.

Stationary store for all student needs. I bought name sticker label machine, pencil case, correction tape, etc. It's expensive , especially the story books/novel. More worth if you purchase elsewhere online. Staff not approachable or friendly but when asked for assistance, they will of course help you, which is expected. Besides that nothing really special.

Came here to return an item as I was told that I could return item within 7 days. Staff here are not given any authority beyond repeating what is printed at the back of receipt. Popular is not operating an honest or customer centric business. Unfortunately they are a monopoly in the market. We need more competition in this industry.

Stationery store for all student needs. I bought a name sticker label machine, a pencil case, correction tape, etc. It's expensive, especially the storybooks/novels. It's more worthwhile if you purchase elsewhere online. Staff are not approachable or friendly, but when asked for assistance, they will, of course, help you, which is expected. Besides that, there's nothing really special.

Popular bookstore! Not just school books for kids but now since I have a toddler, my visit was to get stickers, colouring material and some time, books for my son which is on offer! As of today, there is a 1 for 1 membership. Do apply it if you have yet to do so!

The things at Bukit Panjang Plaza popular bookstore is neat and very neatly arranged after the renovation, and all the things I need are all at this popular bookstore at Bukit Panjang Plaza , and the pensand plus correction tape refill 20 and 10 were neatly arranged . The staff that was assigned to this store after renovation were very nice and when I needed help to find things , I asked them for help and they always helped me find in a nice Manner. All in one place for students. I felt the price was relatively cheap compared to other shops especially items like printer, TWS headphones, external HDD. Btw ofcourse it's a stationary shop you get ✏ to 📚 everything. Got a lot of options to choose from from budget to premium. The store was well organized and felt refreshing, the atmosphere urged me to buy something altgough i was just window shopping. GOOD JOB POPULAR 👏.

i couldn't ask for a better place to fulfill my stationery needs. the only downside is that you spend far more time than necessary there because of all the k-pop bangers they play on the store speakers. i was about to leave with just a notebook, but then 'piri' by the hit group dreamcatcher played and i was compulsively driven to walk back to the stationery aisle and buy a black gel pen (i did not need a black gel pen). 5/5 would come again.

Special thanks to a staff named Vicky. Yesterday, when I took my children to buy books, I bought many items. However, during checkout, I found out that because I had changed my phone, so needed to log in to my membership card again. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, so I couldn't access the member discounts. Vicky patiently helped me in various ways until I successfully obtained the membership benefits. After the renovation, the Bukit Panjang Plaza popular bookstore is neat, with its items very neatly arranged. I can find everything I need there, including pens and correction tape refills (20 and 10), which were also neatly organized. The staff who were assigned to this store after renovation were very nice. When I needed help finding items, I asked them for help, and they always assisted me in a nice manner. So, if you are looking for the best popular bookstore, you should come to Bukit Panjang Plaza's Popular Bookstore. I first visited after the renovation on 12 September 2023.
