Special thanks to a staff named Vicky. Yesterday, when I took my children to buy books, I bought many items. However, during checkout, I found out that because I had changed my phone, so needed to log in to my membership card again. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, so I couldn't access the member discounts. Vicky patiently helped me in various ways until I successfully obtained the membership benefits. I'm grateful to her for giving me and my children a great shopping experience.

Came here to return an item as I was told that I could return item within 7 days. Staff here are not given any authority beyond repeating what is printed at the back of receipt. Popular is not operating an honest or customer centric business. Unfortunately they are a monopoly in the market. We need more competition in this industry.

It's a big shop has many books and quite organised but the book I was looking for weren't here T^T The demon slayers manga is not in this shop anime fans it's not here I bought a different manga in the end. There is WIFI but you need to sign in.

Service at Bukit Panjang outlet was good. Staff pro actively came to help pick up the primary school books. There are some promotions for assessment books. But not for Daily Dose.

I like to bring my family and kids here. My kids love the wide selection of stationery and pens. We always bought their stationery and pens from Popular. It provides a one-stop shopping experience for my family for stationery and books. We will be back again.

Popular bookstore! It's not just for school books for kids. Now that I have a toddler, my visit was to get stickers, colouring materials, and books for my son which are on offer! As of today, there is a 1 for 1 membership. Do apply for it if you have yet to do so!

After the renovation, the Bukit Panjang Plaza popular bookstore is neat, with its items very neatly arranged. I can find everything I need there, including pens and correction tape refills (20 and 10), which were also neatly organized. The staff who were assigned to this store after renovation were very nice. When I needed help finding items, I asked them for help, and they always assisted me in a nice manner. So, if you are looking for the best popular bookstore, you should come to Bukit Panjang Plaza's Popular Bookstore. I first visited after the renovation on 12 September 2023.
