All in one place for students. I felt the price was relatively cheap compared to other shops, especially for items like printers, TWS headphones, and external HDDs.
By the way, of course, it's a stationery shop where you can find everything from pencils to books. They have a lot of options to choose from, ranging from budget to premium.
The store was well organized and felt refreshing; the atmosphere urged me to buy something, although I was just window shopping. Good job, Popular!

Stationery store for all student needs. I bought a name sticker label machine, a pencil case, correction tape, etc. It's expensive, especially the storybooks/novels. It's more worthwhile if you purchase elsewhere online. Staff are not approachable or friendly, but when asked for assistance, they will, of course, help you, which is expected. Besides that, there's nothing really special.

I couldn't ask for a better place to fulfill my stationery needs. The only downside is that you spend far more time than necessary there because of all the K-pop bangers they play on the store speakers. I was about to leave with just a notebook, but then 'Piri' by the hit group Dreamcatcher played, and I was compulsively driven to walk back to the stationery aisle and buy a black gel pen (I did not need a black gel pen). 5/5, would come again.

Great place for most of your stationery needs! It has a small selection of books and a large selection of assessment books for those in school. Sometimes they have only one cashier, and you may encounter a line, but it's not too bad.

Special thanks to a staff member named Vicky. Yesterday, when I took my children to buy books, I bought many items. However, during checkout, I found out that I needed to log in to my membership card again because I had changed my phone. Unfortunately, I forgot my password, so I couldn't access the member discounts. Vicky patiently helped me in various ways until I successfully obtained the membership benefits. I'm grateful to her for giving me and my children a great shopping experience.

Came here to return an item, as I was told I could return it within 7 days. Staff here are not given any authority beyond repeating what is printed on the back of the receipt. Popular is not operating an honest or customer-centric business. Unfortunately, they are a monopoly in the market. We need more competition in this industry.

It's a big shop with many books and is quite organised, but the book I was looking for wasn't here T^T
The Demon Slayer manga is not in this shop. Anime fans, it's not here. I bought a different manga in the end.
There is Wi-Fi, but you need to sign in.

Service at Bukit Panjang outlet was good. Staff proactively helped pick up the primary school books.
There were some promotions for assessment books, but not for Daily Dose.

I bought a toy as a gift, which was unwrapped only a month after it was given (as is common with gifts). I realized it was not working and immediately contacted them.
Initially, I met some resistance, but they eventually allowed me to change it (although I had to go down to North Point because we purchased it at a roadshow).
I'm glad that they at least honor defective items.
