I've been patronising the store many times but almost every time, the staff wasn't friendly. Couldn't even clarify my doubts on the products. I only managed to asked 2 questions before the staff appeared impatient already. Service ought to improve drastically. Not a very pleasant experience shopping there. Staff always appear like they cannot be bothered to serve any customer.

Need to improve on service level and attentiveness. Staff are usually very cold . Only reason they are still around is because it's a onestop place for our baking needs and ofc also due to cistomers frequenting them !

staff working at around 1pm on 18/09/23 was rude and kept talking to someone on her phone, recording voice messages while serving customers. asked her where to find the mooncake moulds and point in a general direction like that’s supposed to help me?? understand it was in a very obvious place so in the end found it by myself. but her lack of care and tone was unnecessary. from what i’ve read in the reviews this isn’t the first case of the staff being rude/unhelpful so hopefully redman can do something about giving their staff better training.

Wow...RedMan in Bukit Panjang at last...Hope they have offers often to draw in the crowd.Suited in Bukit Panjang Plaza.Beside the Seafood Marketplace.

The staff had no knowledge of the fat content in the cooking cream, so we had to check it ourselves in the fridge to find out. I personally had no issue with the staff's lack of knowledge, but before I left, the staff were talking behind our backs, commenting that we were going to spoil the cream by opening the fridge for too long. If you have an issue with us opening the fridge for less than five minutes to check the cream's contents, then maybe you should have sufficient knowledge of the product, so we wouldn't have to even check for about five minutes. I also don't think it was professional to be talking behind customers' backs.
Luckily, Fairprice was nearby.
