Here's the edited review: "I've been patronizing this store many times, but almost every time, the staff were not friendly. They couldn't even clarify my questions about the products. I only managed to ask 2 questions before the staff already appeared impatient. Service ought to improve drastically. Not a very pleasant experience shopping there. The staff always appear as if they cannot be bothered to serve customers."

My evaluation after one year of shopping there: not a single issue. The staff have adapted better to working with different customer types. The store is always clean and functions fine. Quite often, they open 5 minutes early, allowing you to get settled. This store has improved within a year.

Compared to other storefronts, this one is slightly smaller, but it’s still quite well-stocked. I came here for a baking class led by Chef Kevin. He was very patient and helpful! Note that the baking lessons here are conducted at the kitchen table located right in front of the shop. So, if you’re uncomfortable with bystanders looking at you while you bake, this is probably not the place for you.

It is understandable if staff are not familiar with every product, but being rude and unhelpful is unacceptable.

This place has almost all the things you need for baking. I agree with the other reviewer that the staff can be a bit cool and unhelpful. I bought some items and was paying. The staff did not help to put the items in the recycle bag. Instead, she just went on to serve the next customer upon collecting payment.

I tried to clarify if the cheeses were expired. I called out to a backroom staff member who chose to pretend not to see me, walking away. The cashier saw me, but ignored me as well. I then queued to speak to the cashier. They rudely told me I was reading the date wrong, but the product didn't indicate anywhere whether the format was mm/dd or dd/mm. My feedback about the colleague was also ignored. Fantastic customer service.

There are many items related to baking, cooking utensils, and accessories. However, be sure to check the quality of products, especially those on discount. My personal experience involved a cooling grill that was rusted. I went back to exchange it and found that the entire batch was also rusted. The staff was courteous and helpful in resolving the issue. Additionally, some of the produce was already past its prime, so be sure to look carefully before purchasing.

Warning: Be cautious when buying frozen products from Redman BPP. I recently purchased mozzarella cheese from them, and to my surprise, it had mold. This is a processed cheese product, not a fresh dairy item like cream or cottage cheese, so I was shocked to see the condition it was in. Redman customer service just said sorry and asked for a few more details, then provided no further reply.

Bad customer service. Visited on 2 Feb 2025 at 11:55 AM. Female cashier was rude and had a sullen expression. I picked a lucky draw slip at the cashier; she opened it for me and only showed it briefly. When I reached out to take a closer look, she held on to it and just said ‘8%’ in an annoyed tone.

Bought a tray of eggs from this store yesterday. The female cashier was unfriendly when I asked if they accepted Amex. On returning home, after cracking two eggs, the third egg was totally black. So, there went my three eggs. Went back to give feedback to the cashier. She offered to give us back one egg, which I respectfully declined. Zero stars if possible.
