I renewed my contract today to buy the iPhone 16 Pro Max, and the experience was excellent. Both agents were incredibly helpful, especially the young man who assisted me. After going round and round with online technical support due to problems with my Spotify login and navigation issues, Mr. Steven, a knowledgeable customer service officer from the Bukit Panjang Singtel retail outlet, helped me solve all my problems and patiently explained, with a pinch of humour, all my queries. I was served by Jasmine when I visited to recontract my mobile plan and help my mom get a new phone. I must say I was very impressed by her impeccable service. She took the time to explain how I could save by switching to more suitable plans, not just for my mobile line, but also for my Singtel Mio TV and broadband!
It was a refreshing change from past experiences, where other sales staff kept trying to upsell or push unnecessary recontracts over the phone. Jasmine’s honest and customer-focused approach truly stood out.
My mom was also very impressed with how clearly Jasmine explained the new Singtel contract options for seniors above 66 years old.

I had lost my phone and came to this shop to obtain a replacement SIM card. I was also contemplating purchasing a new phone. I was assisted by Vernice Loo, who was very patient, friendly, and kind. She informed me that I was eligible for recontracting and helped me calculate the best deal I could get. She also informed me that I may be eligible for a recontracting voucher and kindly helped me contact SingTel to obtain the voucher. While the voucher did not come on time, she nevertheless called me after I had made my purchase and told me that she would refund my previous transaction and process a new one to help me use the voucher. I would highly recommend checking this shop out for its kind, capable, and patient staff!
