Some issues recontracting and ordering s25 online, was redirected to call 1688 instead to reset onepass. Also told me s25 releases mid Feb which is not true. Anyway went to singtel shop, everything was resolved and phone delivery date set for 4 Feb. Guess exclusive retailers just doesn't have the full suite of singtel's infrastructure, best to just go to singtel shop.

I had lost my phone and came to this shop to obtain a replacement SIM card. I was also contemplating purchasing a new phone. I was assisted by Vernice Loo, who was very patient, friendly and kind. She informed me that I was eligible for recontracting, and helped me to calculate the best deal I could get. She also informed me that I may be eligible for a recontracting voucher, and kindly helped me to contact SingTel to obtain the voucher. While the voucher did not come on time, she nevertheless called me after I had made my purchase and told me that she will refund my previous transaction and key in a new one so as to help me use the voucher. I would highly recommend checking this shop out for it's kind, capable and patient staff!

She took the time to explain how I could save by switching to more suitable plans, not just for my mobile line, but also for my Singtel Mio TV and broadband! It was a refreshing change from past experiences, where other sales staff kept trying to upsell or push unnecessary recontracts over the phone. Jasmine’s honest and customer-focused approach truly stood out. My mom was also very impressed with how clearly Jasmine explained the new Singtel contract options for seniors above 66 years old. She had even helped me with my transfer of my data from iPhone to iPhone and monitored the status of my cancellation of my online order to keep me informed. Most excellent experience ever and would definitely highly recommend!
