Went on a weekday, waited for about 5mins for my turn. Small, dimmed lights which i like, i feel relaxed. Chose a female reflexologist, she's also the only female staff on that day. Good pressure, though she stopped a few times to talk to her colleagues which i find annoying. I mean, you can talk for all you want, still can move your hand right?

I went to this massage outlet to relax. But the masseur kept talking to me, even when I didn't want to chat. He also gave me advice I didn't ask for. During the massage, I felt painful pressure as he massage the shin. When I told him it hurt, he said it was because of water retention. Unfortunately, the massage didn't help me relax, and I had bruises the next day. I was not satisfied with the experience.

Had a 60 min back massage today. The male masseur was reluctant to use any strength (despite requesting for added strength) and was not hitting the right pressure points. Did not feel any better than when I just went in. I understand such services isn’t easy, and the work is tiring, but I wouldn’t be back to this place again for sure.

When asked if they are available, they were not welcoming and unapproachable. No strength in their massage as well. Not worth the money. We went in as 4 and all were using different techniques to massage. There don't seem to be any standard in their massage nor any standard techniques used. They were busy talking to themselves that at times they even forgot to continue massaging. Never did I know cheap massage is for low standard. I was thinking as lesser duration. However the ambience was more relaxing than their massage. For payment we have to call the counter staff as she was into some drama in her phone.

I was attended by a female dye hair aunty for foot massage. She was more interested to talk rubbish to her colleagues than the massage. When she was not talking, her eye is looking at the clock and dreaming. She just want to pass the time with minimum effort and strength .. Facepalm..

First time visiting this branch at Bukit Panjang Plaza. The area was messy, packed, and had some unpleasant smell. I noticed the leg rest ottoman was not covered by a towel, and some towel was reused. The most horrible encounter is my slipper loss, and the in-charge female dye hair aunty, her communication doesn't help at all with the unhelpful bosses it has to hold me there for a 1.5hours until no choice I have to get the police to stand in to request specific timing CCTV footage to retrieve my loss. Overall it had a nightmare experience with this visit to this shop, the hygiene is horrible, the management of the above incident is horrible and unprofessional.

Strong, no frills massage. My shoulders and calves feel much better the next day! We got attended by Derrick and Han. Very friendly and helpful! Affordable also! Got a 40min foot + 15min shoulder for $39 each pax. Thank you!

Came for my foot massage and gpt attended by Mr Mark Mak. Very skilled and good strength used. Only downside is the place smells abit smelly , not sure if someone used the toilet inside to poo. Also the ceiling is very mouldy. :(

Heard about this place from a friend and decided to try them out. It's located in BPP on the top floor. Shop interior was very basic and simple, with 2 massage beds and several massage sofas. Called to book before going and indicated to the male who answered that I wanted someone with strength and was allocated the only female masseuse. She was pretty good for body massage and had the right amount of strength for me. She wasn't as good at foot massage though. Very friendly and chatty and I usually don't mind it except that her hands stop massaging or only very lightly moves when she talks.

Lady therapist quite experience, good pressure and on point. However the space is really small, body massage doesn’t even have curtain to cover up, in order to get protector the therapist uses a lot of towel to cover you. The towel in bed doesn’t smell pleasant too, I guess it’s it for the price. No complain, jus sharing :)

The staff are generally accommodating to request. I usually come in the afternoon on weekdays where there is less people. Prices are in the very affordable range.

Here's the edited review: "The lady therapist is quite experienced, with good pressure and on point. However, the space is really small. The body massage room doesn't even have a curtain to cover up, so in order to provide proper coverage, the therapist uses many towels to cover you. The towel on the bed doesn't smell pleasant either.
