The subway I visited at Bukit panjang plaza was really busy with delivery orders that they had to keep delaying the in store customers. There were three staff members but only two were at the counters and third wasn't really helping inspite being aware of the queue of in-store customers. The staff member handling the delivery orders was particularly curt and stern when telling customers " I asked you to please wait sir" People visit subway for a fast meal not to wait and look at you prepare delivery orders.

Horrible service by 2 aunties. One used put her hand when giving us the cup, the other is impatient when we were choosing ingredients. Furthermore, the drink has some black bits after dispensing. Please check your service and hygiene.

Saw alot of bad reviews from Bukit Panjang outlet. Closure timing suppose to be 10pm, I reached at 9.51pm and it's closed!! All the counters were empty and wiped clean. At Rail Mall it's opened even at 9.55pm, it follows the stipulated timing closed at 10pm! So I suggest Bukit Panjang outlet to change their timing and not mislead people and waste people's time!!!!

(Subway at Bukit Panjang Plaza) Firstly, there were basically no bread options as they had run out of almost everything. Secondly, the oven was broken, and they could not toast my sandwich. Thirdly, the staff was not very polite. Fourthly, they also ran out of shredded cheese. How does a business run in such terrible circumstances?..

Staff are friendly. Ingredients used are all from halal sources. There's also a Muslim staff member working in this store. Kudos to Subway for their efforts to go halal. 👍 Food is consistent with other halal Subway locations I've tasted.

I mean it's a Subway. As far as the chain goes, this place doesn't particularly stand out as special, either in a good or bad way. I think the seating is a little cramped and the place is overrun by delivery drivers, but that's kinda par for the course these days.

We were served by a very rude staff member named Siti at the Bukit Panjang Plaza outlet around 12:10 PM. She was basically throwing the vegetables and sauces around, until they fell into the ingredients tub, which was very unhygienic. She was very rude in her response, and her expression showed that she was very irritated with my requests for sauces and vegetables. A safe distancing ambassador apparently warned the staff to observe safe distancing, but they did not do so even after being warned. Siti even scolded a boy who appeared to be about 10 years old and who clearly did not know how to navigate the ordering process. Instead of educating him, she was very harsh. Subway is my favourite fast food, and we understand that the staff were irritated with the safe distancing officer, but I feel that we, as customers, deserve better treatment, as we are paying and it is not our fault. I will think twice before visiting the outlet again. So disappointing.
