Usually get my sugar rush from the kaya cake. Good selection of bread and baked goods. However quality of bread dough and cook are inconsistent. There have been instances when the inside of the breads were still raw and lumpy. Generally good service from the staff there.

Bad social behaviour experience at this branch. I got my breads ready to pay at cashier. The Malay cashier said there was someone infront of me who I saw nobody. I turned and saw another Malay lady customer obviously still doing her shopping of breads at the shelves. Upon hearing us, she came over and threw another breads on the cashier & walked away to do more shopping of bread. I told the cashier that she ought to go ahead with my payment but the Malay cashier refused as she insisted to serve the Malay customer who obviously wasn't ready to make payment yet. The frustration part was after I asked the cashier why should everyone waits for the customer whom obviously still doing her shopping, the Malay cashier then said, to let me pay first, shamefully supported by the not-yet-ready to make payment Malay customer. I do not jump queue. In steady term, imagine if this bad social behaviour is to be tolerated, then anyone can throw an item at the cashier and chop their right as first customer, then how about others who are ready to make payment? Swee Heng management should educate & counsel your own staff. Date 15 Nov 22, time at 11am, check out the cctv, who are those unreasonable ones.

just bought salty green bean bun and didnt know i overpaid by 20cents. the tall malay cashier lady counted my coins n returned me the extra coins. wow im impressed cos usuali im the one who returned $ when merchant gave me extra change.

Pleasantly surprised that when I bought their cake I was given with disposable cutlery. Extra mile for customer convenient. Well done. Oreo cake taste good too.

Medium priced but bread mouthfeel is tacky gummy sticky due to insufficient baking temperature at the center of buns.

As usual, Swee Heng is the best halal bakery for me. However, the selection here is limited.

Yesterday, I bought the walnut UFO Buns at Bt Panjang Plaza. The walnuts were rancid (not fresh)! This is the 2nd time I've encountered the same problem 😰.

Affordable bakery. Bread is affordable and nice. There are some fancy cakes if you like.

Great service by their senior. I wanted a cake that was not on the shelf, and she managed to arrange it for me the following day. No need for a 3-day wait.
