I want to give special thanks to Crystal. She is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly sales support I have ever encountered. She made me feel welcomed and was very patient in explaining each of the new functions of new iPhones, even going the extra step to find the phone that suits my needs more instead of simply hard-selling the most expensive phone they have. I will strongly recommend looking for Crystal if there's a need to trade-in/change phone as she's someone who truly cares.

I had a great experience with the staff! They were friendly and really helpful in solving my device issues. I appreciate their support and would definitely recommend their service

Staff is friendly however not clear. I came 3 times, each time, different staffs will tell me different things. First staff said i could do installment payment in a certain way. Then the second staff said i couldnt.... The third staff was the worst as she laughed at my face when there was a problem with the payment. Ended up I couldn't do installment, waste my time coming to the store. Next time explain properly.

Crystal was very helpful - my new credit card has problem to pay and she helped to resolve with the Ocbc apps. Also both Crystal and leon informed that Ocbc card has promo - helped saved $80 for my iPhone 16 pro max . Hard to find so helpful sales like Crystal and Leon. Few days ago , spoke to Leon to reserve iPhone 16 for me . Thanks Leon and Crystal.

I was trying to get a new iPhone to replace my old iPhone. The staff were busy with customers, and a male staff member (I didn't ask his name) came to help me with my queries. He was really helpful in checking the availability and prices of the new 16 Pro Max and 15 Pro Max. I went ahead with the 16 Pro Max, along with some accessories. He also made sure to inform me that I can seek help whenever necessary. Thank you.

My new credit card had a payment problem, and she helped resolve it with the OCBC app. Also, both Crystal and Leon informed me about an OCBC card promotion that helped save $80 on my iPhone 16 Pro Max.
