The staff is friendly; however, their communication is not clear. I came three times, and each time, different staff members told me different things. The first staff member said I could make an installment payment in a certain way. Then the second staff member said I couldn't. The third staff member was the worst, as she laughed in my face when there was a problem with the payment. Ultimately, I couldn't make an installment payment, wasting my time coming to the store. Next time, explain properly.

I want to give special thanks to Crystal. She is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly sales support professionals I have ever encountered. She made me feel welcomed and was very patient in explaining each new function of the new iPhones, even going the extra step to find the phone that suits my needs better instead of simply hard-selling the most expensive phone they have. I strongly recommend looking for Crystal if there's a need to trade in or upgrade your phone, as she's someone who truly cares.

Here's the edited review: Update: 18th Jan We came back to return the charger arm and aimed to buy an Apple Watch. Once again, it did not end well. We stepped in to apologize for having to exchange the arm since we had already done a previous exchange; the store supervisor was accommodating, and we went about perusing the watches. The store supervisor suddenly confronted us from behind: "Are you the one who wrote the Google review?" I said, "Which one?" She went off quickly without a word and worked at her computer. We continued browsing, and Aysha loudly announced, "Are you Cheok Yi Kung?" to the entire store. I was shocked. Not only was it not right to call someone out about a review of their service, but to announce their name? She continued to tell me that what I had written was not nice. I retorted, "Ma'am, I did not force you to do this job; you didn't need to be hostile to me. I had to ask you to calm down." She would not back down and continued to vent her feelings and frustrations to me. On an ending note, she retorted, "I'm not the owner; I'm the supervisor." I replied that that did not help her case regarding her professionalism. I didn't intend to update this, but out of concern for anyone brave enough to write a bad review, be warned that you will face retaliation from their supervisor. Rather than managing the store well and taking constructive feedback, she decides to put all of her effort into mediating Google reviews. To the supervisor: If you're reading this, stop this behavior. If this job is too much for you, don't do it. I expect better from someone who is a store supervisor. My expectations for my second visit were already zero, but you still managed to disappoint. 28th Dec After a mix-up in Christmas presents, we ended up with three headphones for two of us. I went in today to see if we could return or refund one. I understood from your staff, Aysha and Terence, that they were not able to accommodate our refund or return, even though the AirPods were sealed and in good condition and returned within a week. (Bought 23rd Dec and returned 28th Dec). Conveying that to us was fine, but the tone and hostility from your staff were unacceptable. I had to calm her down because she alarmed me with her defensive behavior and almost wanted to fight. We had literally just bought $600+ worth of products from your store. I had asked why it couldn't be returned or refunded and where it was written. She haughtily stated, "Yeah, I'm telling you now!" I had to ask if she owned the store because she sure acted like she did. Whoever is the owner, I'm sorry your staff lost you a customer, but I am never patronizing your store again.

Nurazza was friendly and kind when she helped me acquire the last pink iPhone 16 they had in stock :D I was about to give up when we decided to try a few stores in Bukit Panjang Plaza to find the model I wanted. I'm glad we managed to come across an Apple Store nearby us. Thank you :D

I'd like to give a special thanks to Niq (Switch+ @ Bukit Panjang Plaza)! I was looking for an iPad Pro 11-inch (M4) 256GB Wi-Fi + Cellular. I had been calling almost all the Switch+ outlets, but everywhere was out of stock. So sad. I left my contact with some of the staff, and Niq was the only one who quickly called me when stock became available. He even took the effort to help me reserve it from another outlet. The whole purchase experience was so smooth. Special thanks to Niq, who remembers customer needs and provides a fast response! Niq is just so polite and helpful. Thanks once again, Niq, for your great help, and I greatly appreciate it! Overall, a nice shopping experience with Switch+ :)

Used to buy iPhones from them. Today (8/6/25), my son was playing games on their display phones. A Malay lady came over, seemingly to activate an alarm, and told them they couldn't play games. So weird. In that case, next time, just display fake phones.
