Used to buy iphones from them, today (8/6/25) my son was playing games on their display phones, a malay lady came to activate the alarm and said they cannot play games. So weird then next time just display fake phones

We came back to return the charger arm and aimed to buy an Apple Watch.
Once again, it did not end well.
We stepped in to apologise we had to exchange the arm since we had already done an exchange previously, the store supervisor was accommodating and we went about perusing the watches.
The store supervisor, confronted us suddenly from behind, “are you the one who wrote the google review?”
I said which one?
She went off quickly without a word and worked at her computer. We continued browsing and loudly Aysha announced “are you Cheok Yi kung”, to the entire store.
I was shocked, not only was it not right to call someone out about a review on their service but to announce their name?
She continued to tell me that what I had written was not nice, I retorted “maam, I did not force you to do this job, you didn’t need to be hostile to me. I had to ask you to calm down”
She will not back down and continued to vent her feelings and frustrations to me, on an ending note she refuted, “I’m not the owner I’m the supervisor”.
I answered that does not help her case on her professionalism.
I didn’t intend to update this but out of concern for anyone who is brave enough to write anything of a bad review, be warned that you will face retaliation from their supervisor. Who rather than manning the store well and taking constructive feedback, decides to put all of her effort into mediating google reviews.
To the supervisor: if you’re reading this, stop this behaviour, if this job is too much for you, don’t do it. I expect better from someone who is a store supervisor, my expectations of my second visit was already 0 but you still managed to disappoint.

After a mix up in Christmas presents, we ended up with 3 headphones for 2 of us. I went in today to see if we could return or refund one and I understood from your staff, Aysha and Terence that they are not able to accommodate our refund or return, even tho the AirPods were sealed and in good condition and returned within a week. (Bought 23rd Dec and returned 28th Dec). Conveying that to us was fine but the tone and the hostility from your staff was unacceptable. I had to calm her down because she alarmed me with her defensive behaviour and almost wanted to fight. We literally just bought 600+ worth of products from your store. I had asked why can’t it be returned or refunded and where it was written, she haughtily stated “yah I’m telling you now”. I had to ask if she owned the store because she sure acts like she did. Whoever is the owner, I’m sorry your staff lost you a customer but I am never patronising your store again.

Staff is friendly however not clear. I came 3 times, each time, different staffs will tell me different things. First staff said i could do installment payment in a certain way. Then the second staff said i couldnt.... The third staff was the worst as she laughed at my face when there was a problem with the payment. Ended up I couldn't do installment, waste my time coming to the store. Next time explain properly.

The staff is friendly; however, their communication is not clear. I came three times, and each time, different staff members told me different things. The first staff member said I could make an installment payment in a certain way. Then the second staff member said I couldn't.
