Good taste, but the service is slow and forgetful. (Forget we are having here, forgot order had to re-ask after 10 minutes from ordering)
Won’t be coming back unless we have time to wait.

Staff had his back facing the counter, so I had to call out to him before he noticed I wanted to order. Besides that, chicken tom yum was all right with tender pieces of thigh meat. Just wish the soup was piping hot.

Food was disappointing. Ordered pandan chicken only to unwrap a small piece of overcooked hard and dry chicken meat that's not edible. Tom yum chicken soup flavour was ok but chicken used is stale with strong frozen chicken taste. Will never buy any food from this outlet again.

40 minutes wait with no people in queue. Pricey pad thai which was "wet" and greasy made with tofu cubes instead of taukwa. Did not taste authentic!

I used to really love their basil chicken. It was one of my go-to dishes. Sadly, I revisited today and was quite disappointed. The plate was noticeably hot, which made it clear it had been microwaved rather than freshly cooked. The meat was also overly salty, which wasn’t how I remembered it. It’s really sad to see the quality being compromised possibly in effort to speed up service. Hope they bring back the quality that made the food worth coming back for

Very slip shot service. I asked for green curry & rice, I got green curry fried rice. I didn’t want to waste my time there, walked away. Thanks

My husband and I ordered 1 green curry and 1 pandan chicken to take away today at Bukit Panjang Plaza. After waiting for 30 minutes, and with an upcoming appointment, I went to check on the status of our order. A young boy, who appeared inexperienced, asked a lady in the kitchen, who seemed to be on her break and leisurely drinking her ice kopi, if the pandan chicken was ready. She informed him that 4 pieces of pandan chicken were not ready. The young boy also mentioned that the green curry was ready and being packed. I was told to wait a little longer.
However, after 45 minutes, the young boy at the cashier called me to inform me that the pandan chicken was sold out. This was incredibly frustrating, as at no point during the ordering process, or after I inquired, was I informed that the pandan chicken was out of stock. The lack of communication was extremely disappointing.
A lady, who seemed to be Thai, then came out of the kitchen and confirmed that the pandan chicken was indeed sold out. She sounded unapologetic and stated that she hadn't received the order inside. She also mentioned that the green curry could still be prepared. This response was unprofessional, and at that point, my husband and I were both quite upset with the lack of courtesy and communication.
When we requested a refund, the lady instructed the young boy to handle it later and walked her to the kitchen told us to wait again even though the stall was not busy and there were no other customers. She then walked into the kitchen, leaving the boy to deal with the situation alone. It was clear that he was unsure of how to proceed with the refund process. I felt sympathy for him, as he seemed inexperienced and was left to manage an unpleasant situation on his own.
This incident has completely turned us off from your restaurant. We have been loyal customers for a long time, enjoying both your food and service, but the quality and professionalism have clearly declined. After this experience, we have no intention of returning.

Chicken was not cooked thoroughly (got the raw taste). Staff insisted that it is the marinate and that it's fully cooked.

Sweetest Tom Yum I ever had in my life, which isn’t good in any means. Not sure why and how is the Tom Yum even that sweet. Wouldn’t recommend.

we have to wait for so long for our dish to be cooked and others are complaining as well. this has to be improved. I can see others are frustrated the waits as well. Food is disappointing as well.

Food was horrendous. Ordered beef basil rice. Rice was ice cold and clumped up while egg being just as cold. Server talked like I owed her something

Delicious Thai food, good presentation. Order the Tom yum mama noodle to share for 2 pax. It is like the famous one in Bangkok. Lots of seafood and noodles. Spicy level is just right.

Food is great. But the waiting time is high during peak hours. The price is slightly higher than some other stalls in the food court.

To me this place has the most authentic tasting Thai food in the Bukit Panjang area, everything was well seasoned and balanced in taste. The seafood in the salads was very fresh and the fried rice not too oily as well
